| Abstract: | Bile acid conjugates of a selective nonsteroidal glucocorticoid receptor modulator were prepared and evaluated. Potent GR binding conjugates that showed improved metabolic stability were discovered. However, cellular potency and pharmacokinetics were not substantially improved. |
