| Abstract: | The entire envelope gene of human T-cell leukemia virus type I (HTLV-I) was inserted into an expression vector and expressed under the control of the repressible acid phosphatase promoter in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The product in yeast cells was glycosylated into heterodisperse proteins. |
