毒蛇咬伤的早期预测与程序化救治的疗效观察

目的通过对毒蛇咬伤的早期预测和处理,评价程序化综合救治方法对毒蛇咬伤的疗效。方法对136例毒蛇咬伤患者除进行“毒蛇咬伤的临床病情分型”外,尽早进行病情预测、血生化(肝、肾功能、凝血功能、心肌酶)检查,同时进行伤口和全身程序化综合救治。观察病情变化,伤口愈合情况及平均住院时间。结果总有效率100％,无过敏反应发生,伤口渗血、肿胀明显缓解,平均住院时间较前缩短。结论早期准确预测和尽快应用程序化救治方法能提高对毒蛇咬伤的疗效。

Observed the Cure Effects of Snakebite with the Earlier Predicts and the Procedure Turns to Treat

Objective To predict and cure the snakebite in the earlier period,evaluate the cure effect of the procedure and synthesize. Methods 136 cases of snakebite were classed to "the clinical types of snakebite" and estimated the condition as early as possible,examinated the liver function,kidney function,myocardial emzymology,coagulation function etc.treated the wound and the whole body with the procedure turns to treat at the same time.Then the condition of the patients,the wound cicatrization,and the average times of hospitalization were observed. Results Cure efficient rate was 100%,the allergy was not presented,the wound swell and bleed were alleviated obviously. Conclusion The earlier estimation and the procedure turns to treat can increase the cure effect of snakebite.
