| Abstract: | The distribution of diphosphoinositide kinase activity in homogenates and myelin of rabbit nerve was determined by measuring the synthesis of labelled triphosphoinositide. Evidence is presented to show that the biosynthesis of triphosphoinositide in peripheral myelin involves a membrane-bound diphosphoinositide kinase. |
