摘    要:本文通过测定脂质体膜对水的通透性及脂质体对被包裹血红蛋白的释放率,研究了三氯乙烯对脂质体的作用.观察到在低浓度时,三氯乙烯能增加蛋卵磷脂脂质体的通透性,随着浓度的增加有破膜释放的效应.


EFFECT ON LIPOSOME MEMBRANE PERMEABILITY AND BREAKAGE OF MEMBRANE BY TRICHLOROETHYLENE
Abstract:By measuring the water permeability of the liposome and the release fraction of hemoglobin, the" effect of trichloroethylene on liposomes was investigated. It was observed that trichloroethylene increased the permeability of egg PC liposome at low concentration, and could break up the membrane with increasing trichloroethylene concentration. The effect of temperature on scattering intensity indicated that trichloroethylene could effect on the membrane phase condition. A comparison of the effects of different compounds liposomes was described.We come to the conclusion that H11 phase is not the only source which causes the increase of membrane permeability and release of encapsulated molecules. other factors, such as the hydrophobic interaction between trichloroethylene and lipid, must also be considered.
