L-赖氨酸盐酸盐精制与研究

摘    要:利用D型—大孔吸附树脂处理工业品L-赖氨酸盐酸盐,其精制品含量高,收得率高,适用于工业化生产。精制品可以用于氨基酸输液或其它氨基酸制剂中,也可做食品添加剂使用。

Abstract:The nutritive value of viscera protein from freshwater fish was evaluated in this paper. Crude proteins in the dried viscera was more than 23%, rich in lysine(7. 6%) and scarce in sulphur-containing amino acids. The protein efficiency ratio(PER) and the net protein ratio(NPR) of the viscera proteins were 2. 0 and 2.27respectively. When dried fish viscera, poultry feather powder, and porcine blood powder were mixed in the proportion of 5 ∶ 3 ∶ 2 ,it gave a better growth effecton rats. The PER and NPR of the mixture were 2. 27 and 2. 65 respectivel, higher than those of viscera proteins of freshwater fish.
