Cytolytic antibodies to murine lymphomas elicited by immunization with allogenic and syngenic tumors |

| Abstract: | C57BL/6 mice immunized with allogenic L#2 tumor cells or syngenic EL-4 tumor cells produced lytic antibodies directed against cell-surface antigens present on EL-4 tumor cells but absent from normal C57BL/6 tissues. Such immunized C57BL mice also exhibited prolonged survival after challenge with syngenic EL-4 tumor cells. |
