| 摘 要： | 以黑曲霉为出发菌，经紫外线和亚硝基胍（NTG）交替诱变处理，获得一株木聚糖酶高产菌，并初步研究了其固体发酵条件，在该条件下最高酶活力可达3181IU／min.gdw。

| Abstract: | A mutant with high yielding xylanase from Aspergillus niger was obtained by treatment of UV ray and NTG. Under the optimized conditions of solid state fermentation (40 % moisture content, 20g wheat bran ), the xylanase activity produced by the mold was 3180IU per gram dry biomass. The test indicated that the heredity characteristics of the mutant was stable. It could be used in industrial production of xylanase. |
