在牙周炎局部迟发性变态反应中肥大细胞超微结构的观察

对２０例临床诊断为牙周炎的龈组织切片进行肥大细胞超微结构的观察结果：肥大细胞（ＭＣ）位于结缔组织，在慢性炎症区以淋巴细胞及浆细胞为主，肥大细胞位于其间，靠近肥大细胞有胶原原纤维及成纤维细胞。肥大细胞外形不规则，核较小，胞质（ＰＭ）内布满含有单位膜的嗜饿颗粒紧密相接，颗粒呈不同形状，有的靠近质膜，有的位于膜外。电子致密度亦不同，根据肥大细胞形态的改变及与周围细胞的关系，可以认为当肥大细胞与微生物及炎症产物接触后释放出可溶性介质，引起一系列的炎症反应及迟发性变态反应。

The Observation on Mast Cell Ultrastructure in Delayed Type Hypersensitivity

s Gingival tissue sections of periodontitis for 20 cases by clinical diagnosis have been taken the observation on mast cells.The mast cells (MC) are located in the connective tissue,it is given priority to lymphocyte and plasma cells in the area of chronic inflammation,MC is at the location between the cells.Close to MC is densified collagen fibrils and fibroblasts.The shapes of MC is irregular,small nucleus,and inside cytoplasm there are numerous closed different shapes,some are close to the plasma membranes,some are beyond the membranes.Its electron dense is also different.Based on the changement of MC shapes and around cells,it believes that MC discharge the soluble mediators when it contacts with micro organisms and inflammatory products,and results a series of the inflammatory response and delayed type hypersensitivity.
