我院住院医师规范化培训模式实践创新探索

临床住院医师规范化培训是我国加快年轻医师成长成才的极为重要又不可缺少的阶段，是我国提高医疗卫生服务质量的重要保障。哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院自1993年实施住院医师规范化培训工作，建立了以住院医师为中心，以培训职业胜任力为核心的全方位内容、多渠道方法、全过程评价的管理模式：推进管理创新，完善体系建设；学习先进理念，创新带教模式；完善质量评估，实施全程质控；加强基地建设，改善住培条件；促进协同交流，提升示范作用。

Exploration and Practice of Innovative Mode of Standardized Training of Resident Doctors

Clinical residency training is to accelerate the growth of young doctors bastion of China, is an important guarantee for China to improve the quality of health service, the implementation of live training in our hospital from 1993 work, to establish a resident as the center, a full range of content, to the training of occupation competency is the core of the whole process, multi channel method the evaluation of management mode. This paper discusses the training innovation mode of resident standardization from five aspects: perfecting the management mechanism, strengthen the system construction; learn the advanced idea, innovation training mode; improve the quality of assessment, establishing the feedback mechanism; strengthen the training base construction, improve the living conditions; to promote collaborative exchanges, enhance the demonstration effect.
