| Abstract: | The article starts from the present situation of Medical Volunteer Service in a provincial hospital, analyze the characteristics of medical volunteers service, achievements and the existing problems, thus put forward targeted development strategy of medical volunteer service work, offer a reference for further strengthen and improvement of medical services and develop medical volunteer service work. |
