| Abstract: | Alkaline pectinase was introduced into the textile industry and applications of the enzymes in the bioscouring of cotton fabrics were developed. In this article, the category of pectinase and the test methods were described. The microorganisms producing alkaline pectinase and basophilic bacteria, relating to physiology, were also introduced. |
