| 摘 要： | 葡萄糖调节蛋白75(Grp75)是高度保守的热激蛋白家族中的一员,在细胞内主要行使伴侣蛋白的功能,帮助未折叠或错误折叠蛋白质进行正确的折叠,还与细胞内多个因子结合,参与细胞内多个重要的生物学过程。现就Grp75的基因定位、蛋白质分布和功能以及临床研究展开本综述。
