| Abstract: | A method of accurate mass determination of phosphoramidites is described. The commonly used methanol/water/acid system was replaced by LiCl-containing acetonitrile and the concentrations of LiCl, poly(ethylene glycol), and phosphoramidite samples were optimized. |
