摘    要:天然多胺广泛存在于多种生物体内,在细胞内含量丰富,在不同的过程中扮演不同的角色。多胺是一种小型的有机阳离子,包括腐胺、亚精胺和精胺,且三者之间可相互转化。多胺对细胞生长增殖和组织再生至关重要,它们结合DNA和RNA发挥其抗氧化、抗炎作用。多胺具有心脏保护、神经保护、抗肿瘤等作用。多胺还具有抑制细胞凋亡、增加机体学习和记忆功能。多胺在正常生理条件下,细胞内多胺生物合成和分解代谢的转运都是分步完成的。随着年龄增长,多胺在体内的浓度会降低,因此饮食多胺的摄入会降低机体心血管和癌症的死亡率。本综述通过查阅国内外相关文献,综述了多胺的潜在治癌性、抗疲劳作用等和多胺可能在治疗疾病中的应用前景。

Abstract:Natural polyamines widely exist in a variety of organisms and are abundant in cells.Polyamines play different roles in different processes.Polyamines is a kind of small organic cation,including putrescine,spermidine and spermine.Polyamines are essential for cell growth,proliferation and tissue regeneration,and they combine DNA and RNA to exert their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.Polyamines has cardiac,neuroprotective and antitumor effects.Polyamines also inhibit apoptosis and increase learning and memory function.Under normal physiological conditions,the transport of intracellular polyamine biosynthesis and catabolism is completed step by step.Polyamines become less concentrated in body as age,so eating polyamines can reduce your risk of cardiovascular and cancer deaths.In this paper,the potential anticancer,anti-fatigue and the potential application of polyamines in the treatment of diseases were reviewed.
