彩色獭兔限制饲喂生长规律及其生长曲线拟合与分析

本研究旨在通过控制彩色獭兔饲喂量,并采用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型拟合彩色獭兔体重积累生长曲线和生长速度,探讨限制饲喂对彩色獭兔生长速度的影响。结果表明:3种模型对彩色獭兔体重的拟合度均在0.99以上,以Von Bertalanffy模型最佳,对照组、实验1组和实验2组拟合度,极限体重,拐点体重,拐点周龄和最大周增重与实测值吻合度高,分别为0.999、0.998和0.999;(3938.10±143.71)g、(4127.34±204.27)g和(3043.94±101.12)g;1166.84 g、1222.92 g和901.91 g;8.34周龄、8.55周龄和7.47周龄;341.43 g、387.77 g和249.12 g;利用Von Bertalanffy模型计算绝对生长速度、理论值和实测值吻合度较好,绝对增重组间差异较大,相对生长率组间差异不大。彩色獭兔生长情况以实验1组最好,其次依次为对照组和实验2组,说明适当限饲有利于其生长,过度限饲造成其生长发育迟缓,通过以上研究以期为彩色獭兔生长发育及饲养管理提供参考依据。

Growth Rules and Growth Curve Fitting of Feed Restriction Color Rex Rabbits

The purpose of this research is to control the feed intake of color Rex rabbits,and to explore the growth curve and growth rate of feed restricted color Rex rabbits according Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy.The results showed that:The r2 of 3 growth curve models were all above 0.99.And the Von Bertalanffy model had the best effects.The r2,ultimate weight,inflection point weight,inflection point week old and maximal growth per week among control group,trial groupⅠ,and trial groupⅡwere 0.999,0.998 and 0.999;(3938.10±143.71)g,(4127.34±204.27)g and(3043.94±101.12)g;1166.84 g,1222.92 g and 901.91 g;8.34 week,8.55 week and 7.47 week;341.43 g,387.77 g and 249.12 g,respectively,which had highly consistent with measured values.The absolute growth rate and relative growth rate of Von Bertalanffy model were good agreement with the measured values.Under different feed restriction levels,the growth condition of trial 1 group was the best,followed by the control group and trial group 2.Take conclusion,appropriate feed restriction of the color Rex rabbits was benefit to its growth,and overfeed restriction will be caused slow growth retardation.The results will provide essential theoretical support to improve the feeding and management the color Rex rabbits.
