生态制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响

将两歧双歧杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌分别制成每克含活菌1亿的微囊,等量混合而成生态制剂,按0.125%添加在蛋鸡基础饲料中,饲喂蛋鸡,同时设对照组,观察蛋鸡产蛋性能的变化。经过1个月的实验,结果表明：该生态制剂对产蛋高峰期,可提高产蛋率10.08%、降低死亡率46.26%、提高饲料利用率32.16%;而对产蛋后期,提高产蛋率仅3.46%、降低死亡率58.50%、饲料利用率差异无显著性（P＞0.01）。

Effect of probiotics on capability of hens' laying egg

To study the microencapsulating containing a handred million living normal microoganisms per gram with Bifidobacterium bifidum,Lactobacillus bulgaricus,Streptococcus thermophilus separately.After mixing its same amount,it was made into probiotics.Added them((0.125%)) to hens' basic diet.At the same time,set up the controlling groups and observed the changing of capability of hens' laying eggs.Through one-month test,the results indicated that the effect was favorable in the term of good layer.The rates of layer were increased 10.8%.The death rates of chicken were reduced 42.46%.The rates of feed conversion were increased 32.16%.In the post term of producing egg,the rates of layer were improved 3.46%.The death rates of hens were reduced 58.50%.The rates of feed conversion had not remarkable difference between control and test group(P>0.01).
