一些小麦白粉病抗源抗性基因鉴定分析

摘    要:研究鉴定了我国37份小麦白粉病抗源的抗性基因,19份材料不具有任何抗性基因;6份材料具有来自1BL/1RS易位系的抗性基因Pm8;5份材料具有抗性基因Pm5a;3份分别具有对目前欧洲所有生理小种均抗的抗性基因Pm21、Pm16和Pm12;4份材料具有新的抗性基因。

Abstract:This paper was the identification results of powdery mildew (\%Ergsiphe graminis\% f.sp.\%tritici\%) resistance genes in some common wheat (37 accessions) of China.There are 19 accessions which has no resistance genes,6 accessions which has Pm8 gene from 1BL/1RS translocation lines;5 accessions which has Pm5a gene,3 accessions which has possibly Pm21,Pm16,Pm12 genes respectively resistant to all physiological races of powdery mildew in Europe,4 accessions which has new resistence genes.Key words:This paper was the identification results of powdery mildew (\%Ergsiphe graminis\% f.sp.\%tritici\%) resistance genes in some common wheat (37 accessions) of China.There are 19 accessions which has no resistance genes,6 accessions which has Pm8 gene from 1BL/1RS translocation lines;5 accessions which has Pm5a gene,3 accessions which has possibly Pm21,Pm16,Pm12 genes respectively resistant to all physiological races of powdery mildew in Europe,4 accessions which has new resistence genes.
