| Abstract: | A method has been developed to monitor the enzymatic incorporation of nucleotides in DNA by electrospray HPLC mass spectrometry. The main advantages of mass spectrometry over electrophoresis are the ability to directly characterize the reaction products and the shorter analysis time. |
