云南基孔肯雅病毒生物学性状的研究

摘    要:本文对分离自云南的基孔肯雅病毒进行了生物学特性研究。实验证明基孔肯雅病毒对乳鼠有强而稳定的致病性,对C6/36,BHK21及Vero细胞有致病变作用,能与鹅和鸽红细胞凝集,最适pH5.75。电镜观察病毒呈圆形,有膜,外径66.8nm,内径47.7nm。交互血凝抑制及中和试验表明,云南毒株之间或与国外原株在抗原性上无明显差别,为同一血清型,并与同亚组病毒反应较弱,与其它虫媒病毒无交叉。本文还讨论了云南株与国外原株在某些生物学特性方面的异同。

Study on the Biological Properties of Isolates of Chikungunya Virus in Yunnan Province, China

Abstract:This paper reported the research results for biological properties of six strains of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) isolated from bats, mosquitoes and patients in Yunnan, China, and Ross strain of CHIKV isolated from Africa. These virus strains all could cause illness and death regularly in two to four-daysage sucking mice, produced evident CPE in the C6/36, BHK21, Vero and primary hamster kidney cells. These virus strains agglutinated red blood cells of dove, goose, chicken, duckling, sheep and human type O at pH 5.75.4, but most suitable at pH 5.75. Electron microscopic examination with ultra-thin sections of brain tissue of infected sucking mice and infected BHK21 cell, the enveloped virus particles were spherical, about 66.8nm in external diameter and 47.7nm in internal diameter. Cross hemagglutination inhibtion and neutralization tests showed that B8635, B66, 87448, M26, M80 and M81 strains isolated from Yunnan as well as the Ross strain isolated from Africa all belong to the same serum type. In this report some of the identical and different biological properties of CHIKV between Yunnan's strains and African strain were also discussed.
