| Abstract: | A rapid and sensitive method for the concurrent assay of 25 ng noradrenaline, dopaine or 5HT is presented, enabling the concentration of all three amines to be measured in a single small sample (20–40 mg) of brain tissue. The method has been applied to determine the concentration of these amines in different regions of rabbit brain. |
