摘    要:本文对不同年龄中国仓鼠各种组织的体外培养细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率进行了比较研究。实验结果表明,体外培养细胞的自发SCE频率与动物年龄无关,相同组织细胞经MMC处理后,老龄仓鼠SCE频率比幼龄仓鼠SCE频率明显低。心脏和皮肤细胸的SCE频率高于肺和尾的SCE频率。

Abstract:The frequency of spontaneous and MMC-induced SCEs in vitro has been studied in connection with lissue specificity and aging by the use of young and old females from the; inbred strain of Chinese hamster (CHS/Idr). No significant differences were found in the frequencies of spontaneous SCEs between fibroblasts of young and old animals. In both groups, the frequencies of spontaneous SCEs observed in cells from heart and skin tissues were significantly higher than those of cells from lung and tail tissues. MMC-induced SCE frequencies of old animals were lower than those of young animals except in tail tissues.
