| Abstract: | In neonatal rats DTPA reduced the intestinal retention of cerium ingested as an additive in its chloride form to milk. It also reduced retention of absorbed cerium. A similar decrease of cerium retention in gut and whole body was obtained after simultaneous or 24 hours' delayed DTPA administration. |
