摘    要:目的 探究蓖麻连作对根际微生物多样性的影响。方法 以两年连作蓖麻根际土壤(蓖2)、一年生蓖麻根际土壤(蓖1)和相邻的未种植过蓖麻的大麦根际土壤(大麦)为研究对象,利用Biolog技术对样品进行检测,通过SPSS数据分析软件对测得的数据进行分析。结果 随着培养时间的延长,平均每孔颜色变化率(AWCD)值不断增加,在72~108 h变化最快,在120 h后,蓖1与蓖2的AWCD值均趋向平稳;香浓指数的比较说明各个样品之间差异存在统计学意义(P蓖2>大麦;主成分分析显示蓖1根际微生物多样性最强,蓖2次之,大麦根际微生物多样性最差。结论 本研究所得结果为提高蓖麻的质量与产量提供理论依据。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of continuous cropping of castor on the diversity of rhizosphere microbes. Methods Samples of rhizosphere soils were collected from a two-year continuous castor cropping field (S2), a one-year castor cropping field (S1), and an adjacent barley cropping field which had never been used for growing castor (S3). The samples were detected by using Biolog technique and the resulting data were analyzed by using SPSS data analysis software. Results With the extension of culturing time, the AWCD values increased continuously, which changed the most quickly between 72 hours and 108 hours. After 120 hours, the AWCD values of S1 and S2 tended to be stable. The comparison of the Shannon Index showed significant differences between the samples (P<0.05). With the extension of culturing time, the capacity of different samples to utilize carbon sources ranked as S1>S2>S3. The principal component analysis showed that the rhizosphere microbial diversity in S1was the highest, followed by S2, while that in S3was the lowest. Conclusion The results of this study will provide theoretical basis for improving the quality and yield of castor.
