益生菌联合口腔洁治对慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及安全性评价

目的 对益生菌联合口腔洁治治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效性、安全性进行评价。 方法 选择2015年12月到2018年2月我院收治的102例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=51)与观察组(n=51)。对照组患者采用益生菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以口腔洁治进行治疗。对两组患者治疗的有效性、安全性进行比较。 结果 观察组患者总有效率(92.16%)高于对照组(68.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.956,P=0.003)。治疗前,两组患者病理和症状评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.226、0.142,P=0.087、0.074)。治疗后,两组患者病理和症状评分均显著降低,且观察组患者病理评分(5.22±1.03)和症状评分(6.46±1.24)均低于对照组的病理评分(7.59±1.22)和症状评分(9.16±1.25),差异有统计学意义(t=10.600、10.951,P2=13.222,P2=9.871,P=0.001)。 结论 在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中应用益生菌联合口腔洁治具有显著效果,安全性较高,值得推广。

Efficacy and safety of probiotics combined with oral scaling for chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of probiotics combined with oral scaling for chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group (n=51) or observation group (n=51). The efficacy and safety in the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group was 92.16%, higher than the 68.63% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.956, P=0.003). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in pathological and symptom scores between the two groups (t=0.226,0.142; P=0.087,0.074). After treatment, the pathological and symptom scores in both groups were significantly lower. The pathological score and the symptom score in the observation group were 5.22±1.03 and 6.46±1.24, significantly lower than those in control group (7.59±1.22 and 9.16±1.25) respectively(t=10.600,10.951; P2=13.222, P2=9.871, P=0.001). Conclusion Probiotics combined with oral scaling in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has significant effect and is safe.
