基于CNKI数据库的肠道菌群与中医药文献计量学研究

摘    要:目的 通过分析目前我国已发表的肠道菌群与中医药相关文献报道及其发展趋势,为科研工作者提供参考。方法 研究资料来源于CNKI数据库,应用文献计量学的方法对该数据库中所收录的肠道菌群与中医药的文献进行分析研究。结果 截止到2016年12月31日,总共检索到相关文献786篇。文献发表的数量在2003年以后增长速度显著提高;发表文献在10篇以上的单位共有15所,其中最多的单位发表42篇;25.70%的文献受到各级科研提供的资金支持和帮助。文献中以实验研究报告的类型为主,是总体文献数量的37.79%。文献被引用频次总体偏低,被引用次数在2次及以下的占60.43%。结论 肠道菌群与中医药的科研工作还存在需要改进和完善的地方,并且应该在提高文献数量的同时,努力加强文献的质量。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the developing trends of domestic literature on intestinal flora and traditional Chinese medicine, and provide references for future studies in this area. Methods Using CNKI database as the data resource, this paper analyzed the literatures on intestinal flora and traditional Chinese medicine from bibliometric′s prospective. Results As of December 31, 2016, a total of 786 literature papers were retrieved. There had been an increasing number of published papers since 2003. There were 15 institutions which put more than 10 papers into print; the top one published 42 papers. 25.70% of the published papers were funded by various research funds, and were mainly in the form of experimental study report. Papers of this kind accounted for 37.79% of the total papers. On the whole, the citation per paper was pretty low: papers with a citation of no more than two accounted for 60.43%. Conclusion The researches in the field of intestinal flora and traditional Chinese medicine need be improved; researchers should pay special attention to enhancing the quality whilst boosting the quantity of research papers.
