摘    要:目的 研究黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharides,APS)对卷曲乳杆菌体外生长的影响效果。 方法 测定卷曲乳杆菌在不同APS剂量的MRS液体培养基中随时间变化的吸光度(A值)。 结果 卷曲乳杆菌的A值随着APS剂量的增加而增大,且呈一定的时间-剂量依赖性,当黄芪多糖剂量为10 μg/mL、作用14 h时细菌浓度达到峰值。 结论 黄芪多糖对卷曲乳杆菌体外生长具有促进作用,促生作用强弱与黄芪多糖剂量相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the promotive effect of Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) on the growth of Lactobacillus crispatus in vitro. Methods The absorbances (A values) of the cells in MRS liquid media containing different APS doses were measured by using a microplate reader. Results The A value of Lactobacillus crispatus increased with the increase of APS dose in a certain time|dose|dependent way. When the dose of APS was 10 μg/mL, the bacterial concentration reached to peak value at 14 hours. Conclusion APS has a promotive effect on the growth of Lactobacillus crispatus in vitro, and the growth|promotive effect is related to the dose of APS.
