生物促腐剂对烤烟生长发育、产量和质量的影响

摘    要:本研究以牛栏粪和HM腐熟剂为材料,研究了生物促腐剂的应用对烟株生长和品质的影响。研究结果表明,T2处理茎围较对照(CK)增加0.4cm,较T1处理增加0.5cm,均达到了差异显著水平;T2处理上部叶叶面积较对照(CK)增加131.9cm,中部叶较T1处理增加117.6cm。相对于T1处理,生物促腐剂的应用明显减轻病害发生程度,其中T2和T3处理烟株青枯病和黑胫病发病率和病情指数明显下降,普通花叶病毒病发生程度也有所减轻;总糖和还原糖含量分别增加1.6%~3.0%和2.0%~3.5%,总植物碱含量降低0.13%~0.17%,糖碱比更趋协调。生物促腐剂的应用对烟株前期生长无明显影响,但对烟株后期生长的促进作用较为明显,因此,生物促腐剂腐熟剂1号的应用在一定程度上能够促进烟株生长,明显减轻病害发生程度,协调烟叶内在化学成分,改善烟叶评吸质量。

Abstract:In this research, we used cattle manure and HM decomposition catalyst to be as materials for studying the effect of biological decomposition catalyst on growth and quality of tobacco plants. The results showed that stalk cir-cumference with T2 treatment increased 0.4 cm than control, and increased 0.5 cm than T1 treatment, respectively. These all reached the statistic significant difference at the level of 0.05 possibility. The top leaf areas with T2 treat-ment increased 131.9 cm than control and the middle leaf areas increased 117.6 cm than T1 treatment. The applica-tion of biological decomposition catalyst significantly decreased the levels of disease occurrence compared to T1 treatment, and the infection rates and disease incidence index of black shank and bacterial wilt were positively de-creased with T2 treatment and T3 treatment, as well as TMV incidence level was also decreased slightly. The total sugar and reduce sugar increased 1.6%~3.0% and 2.0%~3.5%, respectively, the content of total alkaloids was reduced 0.13%~0.17%, the ration of sugar to nicotine were balanced. The theapplication of biological decomposition catalyst has no positive effect on the early growth of plants, but it did accelerate plant growth during late stages. Therefore, the application of biological decomposition catalyst No.1 would accelerate to plant growth in certain extent, reduce the disease occurrence level significantly, balance tobacco leaf chemical composition and improve leaf smoking quality.
