摘    要:我们自发现垂体后叶能因迷走神经反射刺激而分泌加压素后,复证实催产素亦可因同样机制分泌(张等,1937;1938)并在狗、猫、羊、猪(吕运明等1939)、猴等(唐正荣,1981)作迷走-加压反应以比较观察。切除垂体或两侧肾上腺再刺激迷走神经中枢端,血压仍升高(吕运明等1965;1977;1978)二者完全切除后,加压反应基本消失,但有时仍出现加压现象,这种加压物质起源于何处,其化学性质为何,还不清楚。 有人认为垂体后叶加压素对于高血压发病机制有关(Tayer等,1955;Sharpless等,1961;上田英雄等,1963;Croton等,1978),对休克具有保护作用,我们设想迷走、蓝

Abstract:It has been shown that the stimulation of the afferent vagi in a dog with its neck crushed leaving only the main vascular connexions intact gives rese to a pressor response in the trunk which may be prevented either by interrupting the stalk of the pituitary or by removing the pitucitary gland (Chang et al. 1937, 38, 39, 40, 49).In the experiments with the normal intact animals (dog, cat, goat, pig) or auto-perfused-head preparations, it has been confirmed that stimulation of the central end of the vagus can reflexly liberate pitressin and adrenaline, as evidenced by the pressor response which disappears after hypophysectomy and adrenalectomy (Lu et al. 1965, 1977, 1978, 1980, Tang 1981, 1982).The results of this paper are summarized as follows:1. Vagus-pressor responses were obtained in acute and chronic experiments in adre-nalectomized dogs. Injection of Ach (10-20r) into the internal carotid artery or 4th ventricle in medulla ollongata obtained same results as above.2. Electrical stimulation of L.c shown very prominent pressor response in adre-nalectomized dogs. Repeated stimulation of L. c or moisten the same area with Ach (10r) in hypophysectomized animal still obtain pressor response.3. Electrical stimulation of the cauterized L. c, no more pressor response was obtained, which stimulation of the afferant vagi. He pressor response is existed, but rather weak. It seems that the L. c and noradrenaline may be involved in the vago-pituitary pressor response.4. The blood pressure of chronic adrenalectomized dogs usually maintained at the level atwut 70 mm Hg. This level may be elevated to 100 mm Hg after infusion of glucose solution with certain amount of adrenalin or through repeated electrical stimulation of afferent vagi. We suggest that vagus-Lc hypothalamic pituitary pressor response may participate anti-shock effect. It needs further approve.
