| 摘 要： | 人才的素质很大程度上是通过教育来实现,教育的核心是课程,接受什么样的课程教育对形成什么样的素质关系极大。因此,研究差异教育,开创“特色课”对提高素质教育和课程建设均有现实的指导意义。
