Abstract: | 2-Amino-2-deoxygalacturonic acid was identified as a component of the lipopolysaccharide from Pseudomonas aeruginosa N.C.T.C. 8505. The compound probably occurs in the region of polysaccharide responsible for O-antigenic specificity. |
