Abstract: | We document a male infant with congenital panhypopituitarism as detected at birth, in whom the adenohypophysis was totally absent by magnetic resonance imaging and all the anterior pituitary hormones were undetectable. His neurohypophysis was, by contrast, identified ectopically at the median eminence and antidiuretic hormone was appropriately secreted. |
