我国宠物中毒性疾病的发生特点及应对措施

通过对中毒性疾病临床发病情况的分析,阐述我国宠物中毒性疾病有群发率下降、毒源种类增多、误食性中毒减少、医源性中毒比例较大的发生特点,而且有品种和区域性差异。鉴于目前中毒病的快速诊断技术尚未普及,临床上确认毒物有一定难度,依据在寻问病史、类症鉴别的过程中掌握中毒的类型、毒物的接触方式及中毒途径,针对不同毒物的毒性损害、毒理变化及临床特征提出了应对措施和快速救治方法。

Characteristics of Pet Toxic Diseases and Their Countermeasures

This article is a general review of the characteristics of pet toxic diseases in China based on the analysis of the clinical cases,including the morbidity of the groupment toxic disease and eating toxins by mistake dropped,the increased morbidity of iatrogenic toxic disease,the increased types of toxins.Some toxic diseases have predisposing factors,such as breed and region.Because the rapid testing methods are not widely used yet,so it is difficult to detect the toxins in clinics.In order to make a correct treatment,we should know the medical history and clinical symptoms,analyze the types,approaches and toxicity of the toxins.
