| 摘 要： | 本文主要观察婴儿双歧杆菌(Bif. 189—3)对小鼠皮下移植肉瘤180(S180)的抑制作用。结果发现,该菌无论在S180移植前或移植后经皮下注射,均能明显抑制皮下移植S180的增长,并使带瘤鼠存活期显著延长。病理检查见实验组肿瘤坏死明显,肿瘤周围有大量炎症细胞浸润。提示该菌能非特异性增强肿瘤局部的免疫反应。

| Abstract: | This report presents a study on the antitumor activity of Bifidobacterium infantis (Bif 189-3) on subcutaneously transplanted sarcoma-180 (S180) in mice. Subcutaneous treatment with a preparation of this bacteria markedly inhibited the growth of subcutaneously inoculated S180 and prolonged the life span of mice with tumor whether it was injected before or after S180 inoculation. Pathological observation showed that there were the necroses of tumor cells and accumulation of inflammatory cells around the tumor. The experimental results suggested that this bacteria could enhance nonspecifically local immunity in mice. |
