| 摘 要： | 草履虫 Paramoecium caudatum是动物学教学最常用的实验材料之一,一般采用人工方法培养提高草履虫的纯度,以便于应用于教学和研究.本文记述了11种培养方法和8种观察草履虫的方法,并对其中的一些做了一定的改进,旨在为生物实验教学及科学研究提供参考.在培养过程中除应关注所用的培养物质外,还应综合考虑pH、温度、天敌、有机化合物、金属离子对培养过程的影响. |
