| 摘 要： | 报道一种简单快速、适于转基因再生植株鉴定的DNA微量提取方法。此法特点:无须研磨,不用液氮,取样量少,操作简便,可在一个离心管中完成;较短时间内可检测大量再生植株,所提取的DNA样品可满足PCR检测要求,结果稳定。

| Abstract: | A modified method for DNA minipreparation suitable for screening transgenic plants is presented in this paper. The method is rapid and efficient. The total DNA extracted by this method can be used for PCR, RAPD, restriction enzyme digestion. |
