国产姜科植物的染色体计数(2)

摘    要:<正> 本文继续对国产姜科植物7属,14种和1栽培种作了染色体计数观察,其中9种和1栽培种是染色体计数的新纪录(表1,图1)。通过对大豆蔻Hornstedtia hainanensis的细胞学观察,初步确定大豆蔻属Hornstedtia的染色体基数为12(X=12)。

A REPORT ON CHROMOSOME NUMBERS ON CHINESE ZINGIBERACEAE (2)
Abstract:The authors continuously observed the chromosomes of the somatic cells in the root tips of some Chinese plants of Zingiberaceae. Chromosome numbers ( 2n ) were reported for 14 species and 1 cultivated variety, attributed separately to 7 genera (Alpinia, Amomum, Costus, Curcuma, Globba, Hedychium, and Hornstedtia ) . Of these 6 species and 1 cultivated variety are endemic and 9 species and 1 cultivated variety are new records of chromosome number in this country.Our present records are as follows: Alpinia coriandriodora D. Fan 2n = 48 (Hainan), Alpinia officinarum Hance 2n = 48 ( Guangdong ), Alpinia sta-chyoides Hance 2n = 48 (Guangdong), Amomum kravanh Pierr ex Gag-nep. 2n = 48 ( Hongkong ), Amomum menglunense T. L. Wu et Senjen 2n = 48 ( Yunnan ) , Amomum putrescens D, Fang 2n= 48 ( Guangxi ) , Costuston-kinensis Gagnep. 2n= 18 ( Yunnan ), Curcuma aromatica Salisb. cv. weayujin 2n = 63 ( Zhejiang ) , Hornstedtia hainanensis T. L. Wu et Senjen 2n = 48 ( Guangxi ) , ( The above mentioned are new records, the basd chromosome numbers of the Hornsteditia is considered to be X = 12);Alpinia galan-ga ( L. ) Willd. 2n = 48 (Guangdong), Curcuma aromatica Salisb. 2n = 63 ( Guangdong ) , Globba racemosa Smith 2n = 24 ( Guangdong ) , Hedychium coccineum Buch.-Ham. 2n = 68 ( Yunnan ), Hedychium coronarium Koen, 2n = 34 ( Guangdong ) .All the vouch specimens for the present study are well preserved in the Herbarium of South China Institute of Botany Academia Sinica.
