利多卡因对人中性粒细胞^3H—LPS特异性结合量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨利多卡因对人中性粒细胞3H-LPS特异性结合量的影响。方法:用放射配基结合法测量3H标记的LPS与中性粒细胞的特异性结合量。结果3H-LPS与中性粒细胞的特异性结合量随3H-LPS的增加而增加,当3H-LPS浓度增加到8nmol/L时,中性粒细胞与3H-LPS的特异性结合基本达到饱和程度。当加入50mmol/L利多卡因时,3H-LPS与中性粒细胞的特异性结合量显著降低。结论:利多卡因抑制3H-LPS与中性粒细胞结合

Abstract:Objective: To investigate effect of lidocaine on specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils. Methods: The specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils was examined by radioligand binding assay. Results: the specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils increased with concentration of 3 H LPS, when concentration of 3 H LPS was increased to 8 nmol/L. The specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils was saturable gradually. By treatment with 50 mmol/L lidocaine, the specific binding of 3 H LPS was reduced significantly. Conclusion: lidocaine inhibits binding of LPS to human neutrophils.
