High-resolution G-banded karyotype and idiogram of the goat: a sheep-goat G-banded comparison |

| Abstract: | An elongated G-banded karyotype and idiogram of the domestic goat (Capra hircus) is presented. Sheep (Ovis aries)-goat comparison suggests the terminal light band (Xq 2 9) present in the goat is absent in the sheep. |
