| Abstract: | N-trifluoromethylcoumarinylamide derivatives of benzyloxycarbonyl-Arg-Arg, benzyloxycarbonyl-Phe-Arg and Arg are convenient chromogenic and fluorogenic substrates of cathepsin B, L and H, respectively. Benzyloxycarbonyl-Phe-Arg-N-trifluoromethylcoumarinylamide is also a highly sensitive substrate for papain. |
