课程思政是当前高校落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要形式。在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中,中华民族同舟共济、守望相助,共同铸就了伟大的抗疫精神,为课程思政教学提供了最生动的元素。本文对“战疫”行动中的抗疫精神进行梳理和总结,将其内涵凝练为5项内容;以新型冠状病毒的“核酸检测、疫苗研制及其变异”中蕴含的“抗疫精神”为思政载体,甄选“基因工程”课程中对应的理论内容,开展聚焦抗疫精神的“基因工程”课程思政教学设计与实践研究,利用问卷法和深度访谈法对教学实施效果进行评价,旨在引导学生在学习专业理论知识的同时,感悟课程内容中蕴含的抗疫精神,并将其内化为价值追求,潜移默化中提升学生的思想意识和道德修养,同时为生物类其他专业课程思政教学提供参考和借鉴。 相似文献

ABSTRACTIn many ethnographies, deities reflect social structures, represent power relations, or serve as a resource for individuals. However, believers usually do not doubt the existence of deities and their agency: that is, their ability to act and initiate change. The gap between these points of view narrows in the religious experiences in the Indian Himalayas. There, the local population, who communicate with local deities via mediums, face an epistemological problem: how to be certain that they are, indeed, talking with their gods. Furthermore, the believers are aware that they play a role in the decisions of the gods. These two aspects of the religious experience are expressed in the gradual transition of the gods from a Pahā?ī to a pan-Hindu identity, an indication of the way in which the agency of the gods is being challenged and is subject to negotiation by the locals. 相似文献

【背景】异戊醇是酵母菌在白酒发酵过程中通过氨基酸合成代谢途径和氨基酸分解代谢途径合成的主要高级醇,其含量影响白酒饮用的舒适度。【目的】分析和比较分离自浓香型白酒酒醅中的酵母菌合成异戊醇的能力,揭示酵母菌合成异戊醇的途径。【方法】从酒醅中分离具有异戊醇合成能力的酵母菌株,比较不同生长时期酵母菌合成异戊醇的能力,通过前体物代谢分析它们合成异戊醇的途径。【结果】分离自酒醅的5株酵母的异戊醇合成能力从强到弱依次为Naumovozyma castellii JP3-1、Saccharomyces cerevisiae JP3、Pichia fermentans JP22、Pichia kudriavzevii JP1和Naumovozyma dairenensis CBS421。这些酵母合成异戊醇的时期主要在对数生长期,N. castellii JP3-1、P. fermentans JP22和N. dairenensis CBS421在稳定生长期也合成异戊醇。S. cerevisiae JP3、N. castellii JP3-1和N. dairenensis CBS421在整个生长时期主要通过Harris途径合成异戊醇;P. kudriavzevii JP1在整个时期主要通过Ehrlich途径合成异戊醇;P. fermentans JP22在对数生长期通过Harris途径和Ehrlich途径合成异戊醇的能力接近,在稳定生长期主要通过Harris途径合成异戊醇。【结论】本研究揭示了酒醅来源5个属种酵母合成异戊醇的途径、能力与其生长时期的关系,研究结果可为解析浓香型白酒发酵过程异戊醇合成、积累机制及实施白酒发酵过程异戊醇合成的精准调控提供理论依据。 相似文献

我们在十多年内对水作了一系列的实验研究与理论探索,发现水经一定参数的电磁场处理后。能改变其包括介电谱在内的某些物理特性,能降低如氯仿等水中的有害杂质,喂饮此水后动物的微循环获得改善,有防止心血管疾病等作用。据有关介绍,茅台酒的品质特殊。鉴于酒与人类的关系密切,古今中外医界对酒的看法是“少饮有益,多喝伤身”。为探索品质独特、香醇的茅台酒物理特性,以及能否进一步提高其醇美、有益健康的作用,以至减轻其伤身之虞,斗胆尝试作深层次的解读。首先,他特殊在哪里?就电学性质而言有什么特点?其介电谱有何特征?经电磁场处理后又有哪些改变?等等。带着这些问题我们做了茅台酒介电谱和白兰地介电谱的时照实验,发现在200MHz-20GHz高频段,他们的相对介电谱(εr’谱)、相时介电驰豫谱(εr"谱)和电导率谱(6谱)都发生了明显的变化,但变化的方向则是相反:与其“对照样品”比较,茅台酒是降低,而白兰地则是升高,差异十分显著。结果提示了:经特定的电磁场作用,能改变这两种酒的主要的电学特性,从而改变这些酒的品质。由于采用了规范的测量方法,是对照测量,并取其对照测量之差值,除去了系统误差的影响,使偶然误差降低至最低。因而时照测量值之差(△εr’)能够迭到精度要求,实验结果可信。但是,为什么经由电磁场处理后,茅台酒和白兰地的变化是反向?其利弊何在?另。改变酒的电学性质会导致酒品质的哪些改变?等等,这些都有待进一步研究。由于这项实验结果内容较多。我们将系统总结陆续发表:《经电磁场处理后茅台酒介电谱的变化》。《经电磁场处理后白兰地介电谱的变化》,和《纯水、茅台酒、白兰地介电谱的对比分析》等文,以餐读者。望能引发讨论。 相似文献

Genes involved in the immune system tend to have higher rates of adaptive evolution than other genes in the genome, probably because they are coevolving with pathogens. We have screened a sample of Drosophila genes to identify those evolving under positive selection. First, we identified rapidly evolving immunity genes by comparing 140 loci in Drosophila erecta and D. yakuba. Secondly, we resequenced 23 of the fastest evolving genes from the independent species pair D. melanogaster and D. simulans, and identified those under positive selection using a McDonald-Kreitman test. There was strong evidence of adaptive evolution in two serine proteases (persephone and spirit) and a homolog of the Anopheles serpin SRPN6, and weaker evidence in another serine protease and the death domain protein dFADD. These results add to mounting evidence that immune signalling pathway molecules often evolve rapidly, possibly because they are sites of host-parasite coevolution. 相似文献

ABSTRACTIn this paper, I will compare and contrast the Austronesian symbolic elements of the two social formations within which I have conducted extensive ethnographic and archival research, that of the highly egalitarian Buid of Mindoro, Philippines and that of the equally hierarchical Makassar of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. I will demonstrate both that their cosmological structures are built out of common symbolic elements and that these structures could be used to legitimate vastly different political systems. The common symbolic elements included a gendered cosmos inhabited by a series of parallel societies composed of animal, human and spirit subjects; the conceptualisation of human sociality as generated by shared experience within a nested series of bounded spaces; and the ability of certain agents to move between these spaces by way of specialised training, vehicles and portals. 相似文献
