埃及血吸虫毛蚴表皮板共有4排,各排数目为6:9:4:3。除第1排之外,其他各排的表皮板均由无纤毛的嵴所分隔,在第1与第2排之间的环嵴中,除第1排各板底边中央小凹处各有1感受器外,尚可见4对感受器。第2与第3排的环嵴内可见16—20个感受器。此外,于体之两侧第3排表皮板间各见1个排泄孔。顶突似六边形,于其两侧各有1个侧腺开口,其内侧可见14个感受器。本文在讨论中与前人对本虫毛蚴表皮板的描述做了简单比较。 相似文献

The usual peak daily egg excretion period in persons harbouring Schistosoma haematobium is the late morning and early afternoon. No evidence was found to support a hypothesis that the rhythm is mechanical in origin being due to rapid increase of bladder activity in the early morning.A partial reversion of the rhythm occurred when day shift workers changed to night shift.The possible role in the circadian rhythm of host factors—temperature and metabolism and of proteolytic enzyme secretion by miracidia are discussed. 相似文献

The miracidia of four human blood flukes, Schistosoma haematobium, S. intercalatum, S. mansoni and S. japonicum, have been studied by means of the scanning electron microscope (SEM). Differences have been observed in their respective dimensions, in the configuration of their terebratoria (apical papillae), in the shape of the epidermal plates, and in the distribution of the sensory receptors. The most evident differences have been noticed on the terebratoria where two main patterns of organization of the anastomosing membrane foldings have been described: (1) a ‘rosette’ pattern observed in S. haematobium and S. intercalatum and (2) a ‘honeycomb’ pattern in S. mansoni and S. japonicum. The structure and the taxonomic importance of these morphological features are analysed. 相似文献

The outer covering of digenetic trematodes undergoes a number of changes in the course of the life cycle in adaptation to parasitism and to the host-seeking requirements of the various stages. Using Schistosoma mansoni as a model, I review morphological, physiological, and cytochemical features of the coverings of miracidia, sporocysts, cercariae, and adults. Such features should be used with caution in evaluating phylogenetic relationships of any flatworms since the environment is itself a powerful determinant. 相似文献

Life cycles of Dendritobilharzia loossi Skrjabin, 1924, a parasite of waterbirds, and its morphobiological traits are studied and described. Mollusks Anisus spirorbis, the infection rate of which in natural environments reaches 1.3-1.9%, were recorded as intermediate hosts under conditions of Uzbekistan. The development of this trematode in intermediate and definitive hosts lasts for 26 and 15 days, respectively. Diagnostic traits of the trematodes during all stages of their ontogeny are reviewed. 相似文献

本文报道了4种培养基,4种血清,不同浓度的半乳糖,二巯基苏糖醇及部分三羧酸循环中间产物对日本血吸虫毛蚴体外转变为母胞蚴及其存活的影响,发现稀释一倍的RPM1 1640加10%兔血清为较适宜的培养基,上述添加剂对毛蚴转变和母胞蚴存活均无有益作用,其中柠檬酸可显著抑制毛蚴的转变,文中描述了毛蚴的体外转变成母胞蚴的过程,对血吸虫的糖代谢途径进行了讨论。 相似文献

Miracidia of two species of Schistosoma, viz. haematobium and japonicum, were studied with the scanning electron microscope to more clearly visualize what is seen with the light microscope and the transmission electron microscope, and more specifically, to relate the structure of the apical papilla to its function in snail penetration.The apical papilla of schistosome miracidia is composed of corrugated areas which form tiny suckerlike cups, presumably used by the miracidium to facilitate attachment to the snail during penetration. A lateral opening (secretory pore) on the apical papilla and short stubby apical cilia (tactile or sensory) are also demonstrated. 相似文献
