There is currently no validated full-body lifting model publicly available on the OpenSim modelling platform to estimate spinal loads during lifting. In this study, the existing full-body-lumbar-spine model was adapted and validated for lifting motions to produce the lifting full-body model. Back muscle activations predicted by the model closely matched the measured erector spinae activation patterns. Model estimates of intradiscal pressures and in vivo measurements were strongly correlated. The same spine loading trends were observed for model estimates and reported vertebral body implant measurements. These results demonstrate the suitability of this model to evaluate changes in lumbar loading during lifting.  相似文献

目的:通过对血尿素氮、肌酸激酶生化指标的监测,以找出评价举重项目的运动负荷和机能评定的有效指标。方法:采用追踪研究,从2014年6月至8月共12周,对8名陕西省女子举重队员夏训期间生理指标变化进行监测,以3周为一个训练周期,每个训练周期的第一日为测试日。本实验在夏训各周期测试日的清晨6:30~7:00(早操前)空腹抽取静脉血2 ml测试,以本次的测试数值作为上一周期的指标数据。结果:举重运动员血尿素氮安静基础值高。举重运动员大运动量训练后两星期,肌酸激酶具有同步增长的趋势,甚至在很长一段时间不能回到安静值,表明运动员在训练中出现过度训练。结论:血尿素氮、肌酸激酶值有同步增长的趋势,且较长时间亦不能恢复到基础值,表明运动员已达到运动疲劳。说明在第一、二周期时负荷强度偏大,身体机能恢复慢,运动疲劳没有完全恢复。血尿素氮、肌酸激酶值对控制训练负荷,判断运动疲劳,防止过度疲劳和运动损伤的发生,有效的挖掘运动潜力,提高竞技能力等有十分重要的意义。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine whether high intensity weight lifting exercise produces elevations of urinary 3-methylhistidine (3-MH), serum creatine kinase activity (CK), and serum myoglobin concentration (MY), and whether trained weight lifters differed in such responses when compared to a group of untrained subjects. Ten experienced male weight lifters (EWL) and seven untrained male subjects (IWL) performed three sets of six weight lifting exercises at 70%-80% of 1 RM. All subjects consumed a meat-free diet. The 3-MH:creatinine (3-MH:CR) values decreased 24 h and 48 h following exercise (P less than 0.05). The 12-h and 24-h postexercise CK response and the 12-h postexercise MY response increased for both EWL and IWL (P less than 0.05). However, EWL had a lower 24-h postexercise CK response and lower 12-h and 24-h postexercise MY responses compared to IWL (P less than 0.05). Within 48 h following weight lifting exercise, skeletal muscle protein degradation (as assessed by 3-MH:CR values) decreased regardless of prior training experience whereas skeletal muscle tissue damage (as assessed by CK and MY responses) increased. However, prior weight lifting training appeared to diminish the extent of muscle tissue damage.  相似文献

We have investigated the effects that sleep restriction (3-h sleep during two consecutive nights) have on an evening (17:00 h) submaximal weightlifting session; and whether this performance improves following a 1-h post-lunch powernap. Fifteen resistance-trained males participated in this study. Before the experimental protocol commenced, 1RM bench press and inclined leg press and normative habitual sleep were recorded. Participants were familiarised with the testing protocol, then completed three experimental conditions with two nights of prescribed sleep: (i) Normal (N): retire at 23:00 h and wake at 06:30 h, (ii) partial sleep-deprivation (SD): retire at 03:30 h and wake at 06:30 h and (iii) partial sleep-deprivation with nap (SDN): retire at 03:30 h and wake at 06:30 h with a 1-h nap at 13:00 h. Each condition was separated by at least 7 days and the order of administration was randomised and counterbalanced. Rectal (Trec) and mean skin (Ts) temperatures, Profile of Mood Scores, subjective tiredness, alertness and sleepiness values were measured at 08:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00 h on the day of the weightlifting session. Following the final temperature measurements at 17:00 h, participants completed a 5-min active warm-up before a ‘strength’ protocol. Participants performed three repetitions of right-hand grip strength, then three repetitions at each incremental load (40%, 60% and 80% of 1RM) for bench press and inclined leg press, with a 5-min recovery in between each repetition. A linear encoder was attached perpendicular to the movement, to the bar used for the exercises. Average power (AP), average force (AF), peak velocity (PV), distance (D) and time-to-peak velocity (tPV) were measured (MuscleLab software) during the concentric phase of the movements for each lift. Data were analysed using general linear models with repeated measures. The main findings were that SD reduced maximal grip (2.7%), bench press (11.2% AP, 3.3% AF and 9.4% PV) and leg press submaximal values (5.7% AP) with a trend for a reduction in AF (3.3% P = 0.06). Furthermore, RPE increased for measures of grip strength, leg and bench press during SD. Following a 1-h powernap (SDN), values of grip and bench press improved to values similar in N, as did tiredness, alertness and sleepiness. There was a main effect for “load” on the bar for both bench and leg press where AP, AF, tPV values increased with load (P < 0.05) and PV decreased from the lightest to the heaviest load for both bench and leg press. An interaction of “load and condition” was present in leg press only, where the rate of change of AP is greater in the N than SD and SDN conditions. In addition, for PV and tPV the rate of change was greater for SDN than N or SD condition values. In summary, SD had a negative effect on grip strength and some components of bench and inclined leg press. The use of a 1-h power nap that ended 3 h before the “strength” assessment had a positive effect on weightlifting performance, subjective mood and ratings of tiredness.  相似文献

水分生理整合是克隆植物生理整合过程中非常重要的一部分,是克隆植物生长发育和生态适应过程中的重要机制之一。本文主要从理论上对克隆植物水分生理整合的存在性、方向性、整合的程度、范围及其与克隆植物的功能分工、表型可塑性和觅养行为、风险分摊等行为表现的关系进行了深入分析,并对迄今有关克隆植物水分整合的最新研究进展和研究方法进行了系统总结和评述。提出克隆植物的水分生理整合包括水平和垂直两个方向,而水力提降为垂直方向的水分生理整合提供了一个重要途径。认为在今后,应加强对克隆植物水分生理整合的精确定量化研究,同时,应运用生态学、生理学、生物化学及分子生物学等方法,综合深入地研究克隆植物水分整合的机理。  相似文献

Oxygen consumption ( O2), heart rate, ventilation and central rating of perceived exertion (RPE) in repetitive lifting while executing squat and stoop techniques were investigated in ten male forestry workers. In all five mass/frequency combinations studied, O2 was significantly higher for the squat than for the stoop technique. No differences were found in RPE between the techniques. The O2 and RPE recordings were also related to those obtained during maximal repetitive lifting (same lifting technique) and maximal treadmill running. The O2 expressed as a percentage of that obtained during maximal repetitive lifting with the same lifting technique was defined as relative aerobic intensity (% O2max, lifting). The % O2max, lifting was not significantly different between the techniques except for the lowest mass lifted (1 kg). This study therefore would support the hypothesis that RPE is more closely related to % O2max, lifting than to absolute aerobic intensity. Related to maximal treadmill running, it was demonstrated for both lifting techniques that relative RPE (percentage of the RPE during maximal running) was more accurate than relative O2 (percentage of maximal O2 during maximal running) for determining the % O2max, lifting in repetitive lifting. The study showed that the higher O2 during squat. lifting compared to stoop lifting was caused by the O2 expended in lifting and lowering the body rather than the O2 expended lifting and lowering the external mass. It was concluded that the stoop technique was not superior to the squat technique in terms of central RPE. Based on % O2max, lifting, there may be a rationale for choosing the stoop technique during repetitive lifting with light masses, but not with heavy masses.  相似文献

The main purpose was to test the hypothesis that the true force and power in weightlifting were related significantly to the strengthening stimulus. Secondary hypotheses were (a) slower, heavier weight training for strength would increase strength, not maximum power, (b) faster, lighter weight training for maximum power would increase maximum power, not strength and (c) there would be no significant difference between force = mass (F = m) and true force = mass multiplied by acceleration (F = ma) for arm weightlifting. Using an optical encoder, digital recorder and a data-logging computer on an arm weightlifting machine, F = m and F = ma were significantly different between 25% and 94%, contrary to published reports, but not at 100% of strength. A second-order polynomial equation predicted force, F = ma, as a multiple of the weight lifted, from the velocity of the lift with R2 = 0.997. A group was trained for strength and a matched group was trained for maximum power. The strength group gained significantly in maximum power and the power group gained significantly in strength and maximum power. Both groups gained significantly in velocity, but not force, at maximum power. The correlations between strength and maximum power were high (r = 0.95-0.98, P < 0.02), consistent (before and after training) and valid (gain in standard error of estimate of 6 N or 2% of strength). The evidence suggested that maximum power was the strength stimulus. The maximum-power stimulus theory may unify and simplify theories of response and adaptation of structure and function induced by muscle.  相似文献

目的:分析和比较揪提手法与梯级提升牵引器矫治乳头内陷的临床效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2018年1月于我院进行治疗的44例乳头内陷患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其均分为实验组与对照组,每组各22例患者。对照组患者实施揪提手法治疗,实验组患者使用梯级提升牵引器进行治疗,两组干预时间均为2个月。治疗结束后,对比两组患者治疗有效率,治疗开始时、治疗1个月时及治疗2个月时视觉模拟量表评分(VAS),术后3个月时复发率及治疗期间并发症发生率。结果:(1)对照组治疗有效率为59.09%(26/44),实验组治疗有效率为86.36%(38/44),较对照组显著升高(P0.05);(2)治疗第一天,实验组患者VAS评分明显高于对照组(P0.05),但两组患者治疗1个月及2个月时VAS评分对比差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05);(3)术后6个月随访示实验组复发率显著低于对照组(P0.05);(4)实验组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:阶梯提升牵引器矫治乳头内陷的效果明显常规优于揪提手法,虽然治疗之初患者较为疼痛,但患者远期预后显著好于常规揪提手法。  相似文献
