应用型本科高校围绕解决生物工程专业复杂工程问题能力培养的课程体系思考与构建

准确把握专业复杂工程问题的特征与内涵是设置专业毕业要求、构建课程体系、设计教学内容的重要前提。文中通过讨论生物产业的复杂工程问题特征,挖掘长三角地区生物产业对于本科层次人才的需求,总结岗位典型任务和要求,阐述了典型任务中包含的复杂工程问题的内涵。在此基础上构建了多阶段培养解决生物工程专业复杂工程问题能力的课程体系。该课程体系结合产教深度融合的医药生物技术学院、教师科研反哺教学项目建设、课程团队与一流课程建设、覆盖全员的学生专业社团建设等多种措施,更好地支撑了解决复杂工程问题能力的培养。     

Ninth National Annual Ceramic Art Exhibition at Syracuse Museum

This article addresses accountability issues that affect music education policy and implementation in the neoliberal education system. Using examples from education reform in Ontario, Canada, the author argues that two forms of accountability imbalances fostered by the neoliberal state—hierarchical answerability over communicative reason and top-down over bottom-up policymaking—allow the use of music curricula for political ends, to the detriment of curricular integrity and classroom delivery. The article also discusses how central governments that are responsible for developing standardized music curricula and allocating resources in an accountability vacuum may tacitly establish that "basic" subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and science are "more mandatory" than a mandated music curricula. The article concludes by recommending ways in which the centralized development of music education policy and resource allocation can be made more equitable both for those who encounter the curriculum at the local level and for the subject.

This article provides basic information on how a common species of earthworm, Eisenia fetida, can be used in the biology classroom as well as a discussion of how to establish and care for a vermicompost bin. We discuss ideas for inquiry activities with the organism and provide a sample-guided inquiry that demonstrates how a long-term, theme-based unit involving earthworms can address a wide variety of content from the National Science Education standards.     

湖北省县级公立医院改革试点医院人力资源配置分析

??????? 目的 了解县级公立医院改革试点医院人力资源配置现状,为合理配置县级公立医院人力资源提供依据。方法 采用现场问卷调查的方法对湖北省12家县级公立医院的960名医护人员进行调查,并对结果进行描述性统计和Spearman秩相关分析 。结果 (1)县级公立医院人力资源数量低于全国平均水平; (2)县级公立医院规模扩张,但是人力资源补给不足;(3)医务人员素质偏低。结论 宏观调控县级公立医院人力资源、促进县级医院的人才引进和培养、增强人力资源质量建设,以提高县级公立医院医疗服务水平。     

高校病理生理学双语教学探析

双语教学作为蕴含着全新教育理念的教学形式,是我国高等教育改革的一项新措施,适应新时代背景下社会对高质量人才的需求。探析双语教学引入高校病理生理学中的可行意义、病理生理学双语教学中存在的问题、病理生理学双语教学的改进路径,有利于高校病理生理学双语教学的实践,对高校教育改革及医学专业人才培养起到积极的推动作用。     

注册分类改革视角下药品数据保护制度效应分析

在国际趋势的压力下,兼受跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（TPP）影响,我国实施药品数据保护制度已成大势所趋。鉴于药品数据保护与药品注册审批体系紧密相关,我国化学药注册分类改革后,药品数据保护对医药产业发展必然会带来不同影响。结合我国分类注册改革新标准,在理论上对数据保护制度实施效果进行研究,进而探讨新注册分类下数据保护的实施对1至4类药品及医药产业的影响。     

新医改背景下医疗设备信息化管理存在的问题及解决对策探究

医疗设备是医院的重要资产,可在一定程度上反映医院的诊断能力以及现代化程度。新医改政策出台后,各地均大力推进医药卫生信息化建设,随着医疗设备种类的增加,给医院设备管理带来一定的困难,医疗设备信息化管理已成为医院不可或缺的一部分。我国的医疗设备信息化管理起步较晚,尚处于初级研究阶段,从而导致现阶段医疗设备信息化管理问题较多。本文简短叙述了医疗设备信息化管理现状,以及当前医疗设备信息化管理所存在的问题,并对所描述问题提出针对性的解决方案。     

Effects of welfare reform on household food insecurity across generations

This study estimates the effects of welfare reform in the 1990s, which permanently restructured and contracted the cash assistance system in the U.S., on food insecurity—a fundamental form of material hardship—of the next generation of households. An implicit goal underlying welfare reform was the disruption of an assumed intergenerational transmission of disadvantage; however, little is known about the effects of welfare reform on the well-being of the next generation of adults. Using intergenerational data from the Panel Study of Income Dynamics and a variation on a difference-in-differences framework, this study exploits 3 sources of variation in childhood exposure to welfare reform: (1) risk of exposure across birth cohorts; (2) variation of exposure within cohorts because different states implemented welfare reform in different years; and (3) variation between individuals with the same exposure who were more likely and less likely to rely on welfare. We found that exposure to welfare reform led to decreases in food insecurity of the next generation of households, by about 10% for a 5-year increase in exposure, with stronger effects for individuals exposed for longer durations during childhood, individuals exposed in early childhood (0–5 years), and women. We also found smaller favorable effects for individuals whose mothers had less than a high school education, indicating that in terms of food insecurity, welfare reform led to relative disadvantages among the most disadvantaged and thus could be exacerbating socioeconomic and health inequalities.     

基于微课的翻转课堂在神经病学教学中的探索和实践

随着人口老龄化、人类工作与生存等各种压力增大以及生存环境的恶化,神经系统疾病的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,如何 使医学生在掌握神经系统基础理论的同时,提高对神经系统疾病独立分析与判断的能力,为今后更好地胜任临床工作打下扎实 的基础是神经病学教学面临的重要问题。在神经病学教学中通过探索和实践基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式,把传统的学习过程 翻转过来,把知识传授的过程放在教室之外,而把知识内化的过程放在教室之内,改正了以往神经病学教学中学习内容枯燥难 懂、信息量大,学生难以消化、疲于上课等缺点,实现了“以学生为中心”的教学理念,激发了医学生学习兴趣和自主学习的能力, 大大提高学习效果,对培养他们将来成为具备国际竞争力的高素质医学人才打下了扎实的基础,为其他教学的临床教学提供一 定的经验和借鉴。
