A phytochemical investigation of secondary metabolites from Micromelum integerrimum was reported. Two new prenylated coumarins named as hydramicromelin D (1) and integerrimelin (2) were isolated along with 9 known coumarin derivatives. The chemical structures as well as relative stereochemistries of those coumarins were confirmed on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data interpretation and comparison with those previously published data.  相似文献

骨缘当归Angellica cartilaginomarginata var.foliata Yuan et Shen,别名:山藁本、野芹菜(江苏),仅分布于江苏和浙江。在江苏镇江等地用干燥全草作山藁本入药,其化学成分未见报道。 样品采自江苏省句容县。将干根磨粉,提取物经中性氧化铝层析,根据色谱及光谱鉴定为两种脂肪酸、四种已知香豆素和一种植物甾醇即:正葵酸(n-capric acid)、月桂酸(lauric acid)、骨缘当归素(cartilaginomarginadin)、蝉翼素(pteryxin)、白花前胡素F(praeruptorin F)、佛手柑内酯(bergapten)及β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)。  相似文献

从崖椒(Zanthoxglum schinifolutm Sieb.et Zucc.)茎的石油醚、二氯甲烷提取物中分离得到8个化合物。经物理常数测定及光谱(UV,IR,MS,NMR)分析鉴定其为(1)白鲜碱(dictamning),(2)茵芋碱(skimmianine),(3)滨蒿内酯(scoparone),(4)崖椒内酯(schinifolin),(5)莨菪亭(scopoletin),(6)7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(7-hydroxy-8-methoxycoumarin),(7)N-甲基弗林辛(N-methylflindersine),(8)β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol),其中化合物(5)、(6)和(7)为首次从该植物中分离。  相似文献

A water-soluble root extract of Angelica archangelica subsp. litoralis afforded, in addition to adenosine, coniferin and the two known dihydrofurocoumarin glycosides, apterin and 1′-O-β-d-glycopyranosyl-(S)-marmesin (marmesinin), two new dihydrofuranocoumarin glycosides, 1′-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(2S, 3R)-3-hydroxymarmesin, and 2′-β-d-glucopyranosyloxymarmesin. For the latter a 2S-configuration was demonstrated, the stereochemistry at position 1′ remaining undefined. Roots of A. silvestris similarly afforded 1′-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(2S, 3R)-3-hydroxymarmesin. By correlation with the aglycone 2S,3R)-3-hydroxymarmesin obtained in this work, the absolute configurations (2S,3R) were established for the known dihydrofurocoumarin diesters smirniorin and smirnioridin.  相似文献

A new series of 6, 7-dihydroxy-3-(methylphenyl) chromenones, including three new derivatives, i.e. 6,7-dihydroxy-3-(2-methylphenyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (OPC); 6,7-dihydroxy-3-(3-methylphenyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (MPC); 6,7-dihydroxy-3-(4-methylphenyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (PPC) and one previously described, namely 6,7-dihydroxy-3-phenyl-2H-chromen-2-one (DPC), were synthesized. These compounds were investigated as inhibitors of human carbonic anhydrase I (hCA-I) and human carbonic anhydrase II (hCA-II) which had been purified from human erythrocytes on an affinity gel comprised of L-tyrosine-sulfonamide-Sepharose 4B.  相似文献

Reaction of 6-/7-hydroxycoumarin with metronidazole afforded conjugates which incorporate two interesting chemotypes which may inhibit carbonic anhydrases (CAs, EC 4.2.1.1) due to the presence of the coumarin moiety and possess radiosensitizing effects due to the presence of the nitroazole. Another dual action compound, which may act both as CA inhibitor as well as monocarboxylate transporter inhibitor, is 3-cyano-7-hydroxy-coumarin. These compounds have been investigated as inhibitors of 11 human CA isoforms. Submicromolar inhibition was observed against hCA VA, hCA VB, hCA VI, hCA VII, hCA IX, hCA XII and hCA XIV, whereas isoforms hCA I, II and XIII were not inhibited by these compounds. These coumarins thus act as isoform-selective CA inhibitors with the possibility to target isoforms involved in pathologies such as obesity (CA VA/VB) or cancer (CA IX and XII) without inhibiting the physiologically dominant, highly abundant hCA I and II.  相似文献

New secondary benzenesulphonamide-substituted coumarylthiazole derivatives were synthesized and their inhibitory effects on purified carbonic anhydrase I and II were evaluated using CO2 as a substrate. The result showed that all the synthesized compounds exhibited inhibitory activity on both hCA I and hCA II with N-(4-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)thiazol-2-yl)naphthalene-2-sulphonamide (5f, IC50 value of 5.63 and 8.48?µM, against hCA I and hCA II, respectively) as the strongest inhibitor revealed from this study. Structure–activity relationship revealed that the inhibitory activity of the synthesized compounds is related to the type of the halogen and bulky substituent on the phenyl ring. In addition, the cupric reducing antioxidant capacities (CUPRAC) and ABTS cation radical scavenging abilities of the synthesized compounds were assayed. 4-methoxy-N-(4-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)thiazol-2-yl)benzenesulphonamide (5e) exhibited the strongest ABTS and CUPRAC activity with IC50 value of 48.83?µM and A0.50 value of 23.29?µM, respectively.  相似文献

N-Protected amino acids (Gly, Ala and Phe) were reacted with amino substituted coumarin and quinolinone derivatives, leading to the corresponding N-protected amino acid–coumarin/quinolinone conjugates. The carbonic anhydrase (CA, EC 4.2.1.1) inhibitory activity of the new compounds was assessed against various human (h) isoforms, such as hCA I, hCA II, hCA IV and hCA XII. The quinolinone conjugates were inactive as enzyme inhibitors, whereas the coumarins were ineffective hCA I/II inhibitors (KIs?>?50?μM) but were submicromolar hCA IV and XII inhibitors, with inhibition constants ranging between 92?nM and 1.19?μM for hCA IV, and between 0.11 and 0.79?μM for hCA XII. These coumarin derivatives, as many others reported earlier, thus show an interesting selective inhibitory profile for the membrane-bound over the cytosolic CA isoforms.  相似文献
