The power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of all-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs) have already exceeded 17%. However, the limited absorption range of an all-polymer system results in significantly reduced short-circuit current density (Jsc), which eventually influences the PCE improvement. To broaden the light absorption of polymer acceptors, herein, benzotriazole is introduced in the core unit of small molecule acceptors and thus two narrow-bandgap polymer acceptors named PTz-BO and PTz-C11 featuring the same molecular backbone and different side-chain length are synthesized. Compared with PTz-C11, the PTz-BO based-all PSCs deliver a slightly reduced Jsc, a large open-circuit voltage (Voc) and a low voltage loss below 0.50 V. Moreover, ternary all-PSCs are constructed by introducing PTz-C11 as a guest component. Benefiting from the reduced recombination, improved exciton generation and dissociation, and balanced charge transport, a high efficiency of 16.58% is obtained for the ternary all-PSCs, with a high Jsc over 25 mA cm−2 without sacrificing the Voc. Such result represents the highest efficiency reported for benzotriazole-based all-PSCs in the literature thus far. This work demonstrates the great potential of benzotriazole for the synthesis of efficient narrow-bandgap polymer acceptors.  相似文献

Nα‐Boc‐Nim‐(4‐toluenesulfonyl‐l ‐histidylbenzotriazole) enables convenient acylation of N‐, O‐, S‐, and C‐nucleophiles with no detectable racemization. We report efficient syntheses of novel histidine‐containing di‐, tri‐, and tetra‐peptides and models for the preparation of potentially biologically active histidine N‐, O‐, S‐, and C‐conjugates. Chiral O-(alpha-protected-aminoacyl)steroids 4a-f, 6a-b, 8 and 4a+4d and O-(alpha-protected-dipeptidoyl)steroids 12a,b are conveniently prepared under microwave irradiation in isolated yields of 65-96%, with complete chirality retention. The reaction utilized readily available N-(Z-alpha-aminoacyl)benzotriazoles 2a-f and Z-dipeptidoylbenzotriazole 11, with naturally occurring steroidal alcohols 3,5,7,9.  相似文献

“The Same‐Acceptor‐Strategy” (SAS) adopts benzotriazole (BTA)‐based p‐type polymers paired with a new BTA based non‐fullerene acceptor BTA13 to minimize the trade‐off between the open‐circuit voltage (VOC) and short circuit current (JSC). The fluorination and sulfuration are introduced to lower the highest occupied molecular orbitals (HOMO) of the polymers. The fluorinated polymer of J52‐F shows the higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 8.36% than the analog polymer of J52, benefited from a good balance between an improved VOC of 1.18 V and a JSC of 11.55 mA cm?2. Further adding alkylthio groups on J52‐F, the resulted polymer, J52‐FS, exhibits the highest VOC of 1.24 V with a decreased energy loss of 0.48 eV, compared with 0.67 eV for J52 and 0.54 eV for J52‐F. However, J52‐FS shows an inferior PCE (3.84%) with a lower JSC of 6.74 mA cm?2, because the small ΔEHOMO between J52‐FS and BTA13 (0.02 eV) gives rise to the inefficient hole transfer and high charge recombination, as well as low carrier mobilities. The results of this study clearly demonstrate that the introduction of different atoms in p‐type polymers is effective to improve the SAS and realize the high (VOC) and PCE.  相似文献

Recent progress in peptide and glycopeptide chemistry make the preparation of peptide and glycopeptide dendrimers of acceptable purity, with designed structural and immunochemical properties reliable. New methodologies using unprotected peptide building blocks have been developed to further increase possibilities of their design and improve their preparation and separation. Sophisticated design of peptide and glycopeptide dendrimers has led to their use as antigens and immunogens, for serodiagnosis and other biochemical uses including drug delivery. Dendrimers bearing peptide with predetermined secondary structures are useful tools in protein de novo design. This article covers synthesis and applications of multiple antigen peptides (MAPs), multiple antigen glycopeptides (MAGs), multiple antigen peptides based on sequential oligopeptide carriers (MAP‐SOCs), glycodendrimers and template‐assembled synthetic proteins (TASPs). Part I deals with the development of various structural forms of MAPs as well as their application as antigens, immunogens, and for immunodiagnostic and biochemical purposes. In an effort to improve biphalin’s potency and efficacy at the µ-(MOR) and δ-opioid receptors (DOR), a series of cyclic biphalin analogues 15 with a cystamine or piperazine linker at the C-terminus were designed and synthesized by solution phase synthesis using Boc-chemistry. Interestingly, all of the analogues showed balanced opioid agonist activities at all opioid receptor subtypes due to enhanced κ-opioid receptor (KOR) activity. Our results indicate that C-terminal flexible linkers play an important role in KOR activity compared to that of the other cyclic biphalin analogues with a hydrazine linker. Among them, analogue 5 is a potent (Ki?=?0.27, 0.46, and 0.87?nM; EC50?=?3.47, 1.45, and 13.5?nM at MOR, DOR, and KOR, respectively) opioid agonist with high efficacy. Based on the high potency and efficacy at the three opioid receptor subtypes, the ligand is expected to have a potential synergistic effect on relieving pain and further studies including in vivo tests are worthwhile.  相似文献

3-O-beta-Chacotriosyl-26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(25R)-furost-5-en (1), a mimic of the antitumor active proto-dioscin, was concisely synthesized from diosgenin in a linear nine steps and in 17% overall yield. Its congeners with a alpha-l-rhamnopyranosyl, beta-lactosyl, or without a substituent at the 26-OH (13-15) were also prepared. Compound 1, as well as 13-15, did not show any inhibition against tumor cells, implying that proto-dioscin might be also inactive, but readily converted into the antitumor active dioscin.  相似文献

In this report, a pivotal improvement in the performance of dye‐sensitized solar cells has been achieved, thus taking it one step closer toward the commercialization. Through the stepwise modification on the anthracene‐based organic sensitizers, the alteration of alkyl to alkoxy chain and incorporation of electron deficient moieties in the new sensitizing dyes TY3 , TY4 , and TY6 are found to play a significant role in the efficiency enhancement. The dye TY6 , when tested under 1 sun (AM 1.5G) illumination, is found to exhibit the best efficiency of 8.08% in the series reported here. Taking it further, sensitizer TY6 achieves a milestone by displaying an efficiency of 28.56% when tested under T5 fluorescent illumination of 6000 lux and 20.72% under same illuminance from a commercial light emitting diode light source. Such an excellent performance can be attributed to its outstanding J SC and V OC, which are characteristic properties of these anthracene dyes.  相似文献

Protein kinase 2 (CK2), a member of the serine/threonine kinase family, has been established as a promising target in anticancer therapy. New derivatives of known CK2 inhibitors 4,5,6,7-tetrabromo-1H-benzimidazole (TBBi) and 4,5,6,7-tetrabromo-1H-benzotriazole (TBBt) bearing azide or substituted triazole groups were synthesized. Their influence on the activity of human recombinant CK2α and cytotoxicity against normal and cancer cell lines were evaluated. TBBi derivatives with triazole substituted with carboxyl substituent (7 and 10) exhibited the most potent inhibitory activity against CK2 with Ki value in the range of 1.96–0.91 μM, respectively. New TBBi derivatives 2, 3, 5 and 9 have demonstrated the EC50, in the range of 12–25 μM and 13–29 μM respectively towards CCRF-CEM and MCF-7 cells. Derivatives TBBi decreased viability of cancer cells more efficiently than BALB cells and the biggest differences were observed for the azide substituted compounds 3 and 5. The effect of the most active compounds on the activity of eight off-target kinases was evaluated. Inhibitory efficiency of CK2-mediated p65 phosphorylation was demonstrated for the TBBi and compound 12.  相似文献
