Three undescribed aporphine alkaloids dasymaroine A (1), 3-methoxyoxoputerine N-oxide (2), and dasymaroine B (3), along with nine known analogues (4–12) were isolated from the stems of Dasymaschalon rostratum Merr. The structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparison with published NMR spectroscopic data. Compound 1 is a rarely reported nitro aporphine alkaloid and its absolute configuration was defined based on negative specific rotation and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 represents the first example of oxoaporphine alkaloid N-oxide. All compounds were evaluated for their activities of six pathogenic bacteria, 1 exhibited significant inhibition against Escherichia coli and Saphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 1.2 and 2.5 μM, respectively. As well as compounds 1–5, 7, 10, 12 were evaluated for their anti-HIV activities with EC50 ranged from 1.93 to 9.70 μM.  相似文献

One new aporphine, dicentrine-β-N-oxide ( 1 ), together with five related known alkaloids dehydrodicentrine ( 2 ), predicentrine ( 3 ), N-methyllaurotetanine ( 4 ), cassythicine ( 5 ), and dicentrine ( 6 ) were isolated from the leaves of Ocotea puberula (Lauraceae). Antiprotozoal activity of the isolated compounds was evaluated in vitro against trypomastigote forms of Trypanosoma cruzi. Among the tested compounds, alkaloid 1 exhibited higher potential with EC50 value of 18.2 μM and reduced toxicity against NCTC cells (CC50>200 μM – SI>11.0), similar to positive control benznidazole (EC50 of 17.7 μM and SI=10.7). Considering the promising results of dicentrine-β-N-oxide ( 1 ) against trypomastigotes, the mechanism of parasite death caused by this alkaloid was investigated. As observed, this compound reached the plasma membrane electric potential directly after 2 h of incubation and triggered mitochondrial depolarization, which probably leads to trypomastigote death. Therefore, dicentrine-β-N-oxide ( 1 ), reported for the first time in this work, can contribute to future works for the development of new trypanocidal agents.  相似文献

Two new phenolic aporphine alkaloids, (+)-lirioferine and (+)liriotulipiferine, were isolated from discolored sapwood of L. tulipifera. Injury to the tree stem greatly stimulated biosynthesis of glaucine and phenolic alkaloids related to glaucine including thaliporphine, predicentrine, N-methylaurotetanine and corunine as well as the above two compounds. Injury also stimulated synthesis of oxoaporphine related and other polymeric pigments. Corunine was responsible for at least part of the color of discolored sapwood. None of the above compounds except glaucine was detected in normal sapwood or heartwood of L. tulipifera. Thus, formation of alkaloids and lignans in discolored sapwood differs both quantitatively and qualitatively from that observed during the normal transition of sapwood to heartwood in this tree. The compounds formed in response to injury differed substantially from one zone of injury to another within the same tree.  相似文献

从紫玉盘(UvariamicrocarpaChamp.exBenth.)的茎枝分离到7个生物碱,经光谱数据分析鉴定为紫玉盘内酰胺(uvarilactam,1)、马兜铃内酰胺AⅡ(2)、马兜铃内酰胺BⅠ(3)、马兜铃内酰胺BⅡ(4)、马兜铃内酰胺AⅠa(aristololactamAⅠa,5)、4,5_dioxodehydroasimilobine(6)和oxoanolobin(7)。1~5属于菲甲酸内酰胺类化合物,6~7是阿扑菲生物碱类,化合物3与4以混合物出现。其中1是新化合物,其余化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到  相似文献
