目的:观察三种不同内固定法治疗锁骨骨折临床疗效及安全性.方法:将62例锁骨骨折患者随机分成三组,其中15人接受双克氏针钢丝环绕法治疗,钢板螺钉内固定处理17例,30人应用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗.从手术时间、优良率、愈合时间、术中出血及并发症等指标进行评价.结果:三种内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折组的手术时间、愈合时间、术中出血差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),镍钛记忆合金环抱器组的术后并发症与双克氏针钢丝环绕法组及钢板螺钉内固定处理组相比,有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折的优良率与其它两组相比,有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:镍钛记忆合金环抱器法治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效优于双克氏针钢丝环绕法、钢板螺钉内固定法.  相似文献

The clinical application of EMG requires that the recorded signal is representative of the muscle of interest and is not contaminated with signals from adjacent muscles. Some authors report that surface EMG is not suitable for obtaining information on a single muscle but rather reflects muscle group function [J. Perry, C.S. Easterday, D.J. Antonelli, Surface versus intramuscular electrodes for electromyography of superficial and deep muscles. Physical Therapy 61 (1981) 7–15]. Other authors report however, that surface EMG is adequate to determine individual muscle function, once guidelines pertaining to data acquisition are followed [D.A. Winter, A.J. Fuglevand, S.E. Archer. Cross-talk in surface electromyography: theoretical and practical estimates. Journal of Electromyography and Kinesiology 4 (1994) 15–26]. The aim of this study was to determine whether surface EMG was suitable for monitoring rectus femoris (RF) activity during static contractions. Five healthy subjects, having given written informed consent, participated in this trial. Surface and fine wire EMG from the rectus femoris and the vastus lateralis (VL) muscles were recorded simultaneously during a protocol of static contractions consisting of knee extensions and hip flexions. Ratios were used to quantify the relationship between the surface EMG amplitude value and the fine wire EMG amplitude value for the same contraction. The results showed that hip flexion contractions elicited RF activation only and that knee extension contractions elicited fine wire activity in VL only. When the relationship between RF surface and RF fine wire electrodes was compared for hip flexion and knee extension contractions, it was observed that for all subjects, there was a tendency for increased RF surface activity in the absence of RF fine wire activity during knee extensions. It was concluded that the activity recorded by the RF surface electrode arrangement during knee extension consisted of EMG from the vastii, i.e., cross-talk and that vastus intermedius was the most likely origin of the erroneous signal. Therefore it is concluded that for accurate EMG information from RF, fine wire electrodes are necessary during a range of static contractions.  相似文献

The high resolution crystal structures of isatin hydrolase from Labrenzia aggregata in the apo and the product state are described. These are the first structures of a functionally characterized metal-dependent hydrolase of this fold. Isatin hydrolase converts isatin to isatinate and belongs to a novel family of metalloenzymes that include the bacterial kynurenine formamidase. The product state, mimicked by bound thioisatinate, reveals a water molecule that bridges the thioisatinate to a proton wire in an adjacent water channel and thus allows the proton released by the reaction to escape only when the product is formed. The functional proton wire present in isatin hydrolase isoform b represents a unique catalytic feature common to all hydrolases is here trapped and visualized for the first time. The local molecular environment required to coordinate thioisatinate allows stronger and more confident identification of orthologous genes encoding isatin hydrolases within the prokaryotic kingdom. The isatin hydrolase orthologues found in human gut bacteria raise the question as to whether the indole-3-acetic acid degradation pathway is present in human gut flora.  相似文献

Biological systems like cells, bacteria, chloroplasts and other micro-organisms could exchange quantum particles like electrons, photons and gravitational waves and have large distant information teleportation. This is because that their DNAs and membranes are formed from quantum particles like electrons and protons and by their motions, some currents and waves are emerged. These waves have the main role in information teleportation. There are different methods which could be used for quantum information teleportation in biological system. Some of these mechanisms are: 1. Microbes, micro-bubbles and some other biological molecules like to form some biological lines specially near the cellular gates. Also, some biological lines may be formed between two cells. These biological lines could play the role of wires which transmit information from a place to another one. For example, some signatures of this quantum information teleportation could be seen in biological lines which are emerged near the plant cell walls or gates or close to chloroplasts. Chloroplasts shoot some spinors which maybe confined within the micro-bubbles or absorb by microbes. These bubbles and microbes may join to each other and form some biological lines which may be strengthen from a plant cell to another. These biological lines could be seen near the plant cell walls or on a metal which connects two parts of a leaf. 2. Some another signatures of “quantum photon exchange or quantum information teleportation” could be seen between microbes under the objective lenses and macro-objects on the eye lenses of a light microscope. It seems that as microscope make big images from microbes for us, produce small pictures of macro-objects for microbes such as they could diagnose them and interact with them. This property could be used in controlling microbes. 3. Another way for controlling microbes is using of virtual shapes which are induced by a special light source. For example, using a multi-gonal lamp, one can induce multi-gonal shape within the micro-bubbles. Also, this special lamp could force microbes and micro-bubbles to build multi-gonal colonies on a metal-glass slide. Maybe, by using this property, one can build a light source with the shape of anti-microbial matter and induce anti-microbial property within micro-bubbles. 4. Another main way for quantum teleportation is using of gravitational holes which may be emerged by increasing concentration of microbes and heavy cells in some points. These holes absorb microbes and micro-bubbles and conduct them to the heavy cells. Usually, there are some white holes near these dark holes which as a proposal, one can assume that these white holes are another end of gravitational holes and emit photons which are entered from dark end. 5. And finally, a very main mechanism for quantum information teleportation with microbes and controlling them is using of a holography and inducing virtual microbes and biological molecules in biological systems. For example, by a combinations of two lights with different colors under a light microscope in a dark room, one may induce some non-virtual microbes in biological systems such as each microbe interacts with a virtual microbe. This is because that light waves take photos of microbes, collide with lenses of microscopes and return to the slide and form virtual microbes or biological molecules. This technique could be used in curing diseases. Although, results of our experiments show the correctness of these mechanisms and theories, however, for the moment, we propose them only as a proposal and hypothesis and hope that other scientists do similar experiments. Also, some of our experiments may be at preliminary stages; however they could be used as a hypothesis, proposal and guidance.  相似文献

目的:对比关节镜下缝合法和钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折的临床效果。方法:收集我院2012年1月至2014年12月年收治的87例胫骨髁间嵴骨折患者根据手术固定方法:不同分为A组(40例)组(37例),其中A组患者使用缝线法固定组患者使用钢丝固定,分别于术后3、6、12个月后随访患者影像学资料观察两组患者骨折骨折复位愈合情况,包括愈合时间、膝关节功能进行评估关节屈伸活动度,手术时间以及并发症发生情况等。结果:术前Lysholm评分组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),术后3个月术Lysholm评分组间差异亦无统计学意义(P0.05),术后6、12个月差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组术后Lysholm评分与术前相比均逐渐升高差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),术后随访第12个月两组患者膝关节屈伸活动度比较A组患者显著优于B组患者A组愈合时间短于B组差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:使用关节镜下缝合线固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折具有创伤小、操作简便、固定稳固、利于关节早期的康复,可推广使用。  相似文献

目的:观察三种不同内固定法治疗髌骨骨折82例临床疗效及安全性。方法:将82例髌骨骨折患者随机分成三组,其中30人接受双克氏针钢丝环绕法治疗,髌骨周缘环形缝扎处理21例,31人应用镍钛聚髌器治疗。从手术时间、优良率、愈合时间、手术费用及并发症等指标进行评价。结果:三种内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折组的手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),镍钛聚髌器组的愈合时间、手术费用及术后并发症与双克氏针钢丝环绕法组及髌骨周缘环形缝扎处理组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的优良率与其它两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三种方法治疗髌骨横断性骨折的优良率相互比较差异无统计学意义。结论:双克氏针钢丝环绕法、髌骨周缘环形缝扎法及镍钛聚髌器法都可以被采纳治疗髌骨横断性骨折;在治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折优先采用镍钛聚髌器法。  相似文献

目的:探讨空心钉张力带钢丝联合应用内固定在髌骨骨折患者中的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收集于我院就诊的150例髌骨骨折患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各75例。对照组患者行钢丝环扎内固定术,实验组患者给予空心钉张力带钢丝内固定术。观察并比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、手术时间、临床治疗优良率以及患者的并发症的发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者的骨折愈合时间显著缩短,但手术时间较长,治疗优良率较高,并发症发生率较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:与钢丝环扎内固定术比较,空心钉张力带钢丝联合应用治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效较好,安全性更高。  相似文献

目的:探讨高频超声引导下导丝定位在不可触及乳腺包块切除术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析90例临床不可触及但超声提示为乳腺包块的患者的临床资料,其中50例在高频超声引导乳腺病灶体表定位下行乳腺病灶切除术,40例在高频超声引导导丝定位下行乳腺病灶切除术。比较两组术前定位时间、手术时间、切除组织量/肿物组织量及术后并发症的发生情况、术后病理诊断及术后超声随访情况。结果:与体表定位组比较,导丝定位组定位时间显著延长(P0.05),手术时间明显缩短(P0.05),切除组织量/肿物组织量显著减小(P0.05)。体表定位组出现2例切口感染,5例血肿,两组不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。体表定位组良性48例(96.0%),恶性病灶2例(4.0%)。导丝定位组良性病灶36例(90.0%),恶性病灶4例(10.0%)。两组病理诊断为良/恶病灶的比例无统计学意义(P0.05)。术后超声随访6~12个月,病灶切除情况比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:高频超声引导下导丝定位精确,可明显缩短手术时间,减少对正常乳腺组织的破坏,可作为行不可触及乳腺包块切除术的优先选择。  相似文献
