医学检验专业本科生素质教育新模式的探讨

本文旨在探讨医学检验专业本科生素质教育的新模式,作者从当前医患矛盾激烈,医学检验培养目标和方向出发,提出医学检验本科教学中素质教育的重要性,从师资队伍建设、教学内容改革,以及教学方法探讨三个方面提出在医学检验本科教学中加强素质教育的策略,为培养符合当今人才需要,具有高素质的医学检验人才提供借鉴、参考。     

病原生物学专业本科生创新型人才培养中的生物安全问题

探讨病原生物学专业在医学本科生创新型人才培养过程中的生物安全问题。通过实验前的生物安全教育、实验进程中的规范操作以及实验之外的管理体系建设3个方面全程监管实验室生物安全, 以保障本科生参加科研实验的安全性。     

Diez recomendaciones para mejorar la enseñanza de la Geriatría en el pregrado

IntroductionPopulation ageing and scientific progress have made specific training in Geriatrics essential for any medical students. There are different international recommendations on the teaching of Geriatric Medicine at undergraduate level, but they are still far from being offered systematically. The aim of this work was to develop a National list of recommendations in order to improve training in Geriatric Medicine at the undergraduate level.Material and methodsA list of 10 recommendations was produced by reflecting on the Geriatric training situation in Spain in 2016/2017 and international recommendations. Consensus was reached among the members of the Spanish Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology (SEGG) working group on «Geriatric training at undergraduate level» through 2 meetings and online discussions.ResultsA list of 10 of recommendations on Geriatric training in Spanish Medical Schools is proposed, including areas such as, the status of the discipline in the curriculum, length, contents, practical training, lecturers, teaching methods, and innovation.ConclusionsThese recommendations are intended to improve Geriatrics training. They can be used by different Medical Schools either to adapt their programs or to start training in Geriatric Medicine.

随着生物医学技术、计算机技术、物理化学技术的迅速发展,临床医学对检验医学提出了更高的要求。作为实验室工作人员,在保证结果准确的基础上,还应对临床医生及病人提出的疑问给予合理、正确地解释。此外,还应该具备和临床医生进行交流,以及合理处理病人投诉的能力。五年制检验医学本科生是检验医学的主力军,培养高素质的检验医学本科生,对检验医学的发展将起关键性作用。     

Medical students as medical educators: opportunities for skill development in the absence of formal training programs

All physicians, at some point in their career, are responsible for the education of their peers and junior colleagues. Although medical students are expected to develop clinical and research skills in preparation for residency, it is becoming clear that a student should also be expected to develop abilities as a teacher. A handful of institutions have student-as-teacher programs to train medical students in education, but most students graduate from medical school without formal training in this area. When such a program does not exist, medical students can gain experience in education through participation in peer teaching, course design, educational committees, and medical education scholarship. In doing so, they attain important skills in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs. These skills will serve them in their capacity as medical educators as they advance in their careers and gain increasing teaching responsibility as residents, fellows, and attending physicians.     

A simple demonstration of CO2-fixation and acid production in CAM plants

This paper describes a simple class experiment to investigate the fixation of C0₂ in the dark and the unique diurnal rhythm of acid production in plants that exhibit Crassulacean Acid Metabolism. Suggestions for additional experiments are also included.

生物信息学本科人才培养的调研与思考

近年来,生物信息学已经逐步发展成为现代生物学和医学等领域的关键技术方法,社会对生物信息学专业人才的需求不断扩大,生物信息学的本科教育也受到了越来越多的关注和重视。为了探索更加合理的人才培养模式、完善课程设置和教学计划,本文以中美两国开设生物信息学本科专业的高校为对象,分别选取一些代表高校并进行深入调研,对比分析课程设置和人才培养现状。结果显示,生物信息学的跨学科性质在各高校中均得到一定体现,培养学生具有多元化的知识结构已经成为生物信息学人才培养的一项共识。同时,根据调研的结果,也对国内生物信息学本科教育提出一些启发与建议。
