在赣榆县厉庄以大金鸡菊、紫穗槐和红柳三种经济植物进行了地埂利用型式试验,取得了比较明显的水土保持效果和改善农田小环境的生态效益。栽植后第三年植物覆盖率达90%或100%;地面蒸发量减少15.2~17.7%;截留降水量为0.5~0.7mm;大气相对湿度提高3.7~5.4%;土壤养分也有不同程度的增加。经济效益估测每亩地埂可收到300~600元,比种黄豆高5~9倍。效益最好的是红柳,大金鸡菊次之,紫穗槐较低。  相似文献

 本文采用自行设汁的蒸散仪和加拿大Campbe 11科学仪器公司生产的自动气象设备测定了松嫩草原碱化草地角碱蓬群落的蒸散、蒸腾量、太阳辐射及空气温度等环境因子。分析结果表明生长季的睛天条件下,角碱蓬群落的蒸散、蒸腾速率的日进程均为单峰曲线,且各月份间差异很大。群落蒸腾速率与太阳辐射强度、空气温度、相对湿度、风速等环境因子紧密相关,其中与太阳辐射强度呈极显著正相关关系。生长季降雨量和土壤含水量在角碱蓬群落水分循环与平衡的过程中起重要调节作用。1992年6~8月的生长季中,角碱蓬群落总的水分亏缺较少(6.3mm),但各月份间差异很大,其中6月份水分亏缺最高(30.1mm)。  相似文献

Summary Studies on sample plots inHalimione portulacoides communities show that environmental disturbances, either natural or induced by man, start a sequence of partly overlapping density maxima inSuaeda maritima, Aster tripolium andPuccinellia maritima successively, before the originalHalimione community totally recovers. When succession time before recovering is long enough, there are tendencies in redundancy of this sequence stressing the unilinear character of the succession. Minor environmental impacts induce a longer time-lag period of theSuaeda density maximum, suggesting threshold values of these impacts for the species to maintain minimal population densities or to become locally extinct. This sequence of interim species starting after an environmental disturbance, suggests also a gradient character in various biological attributes, for instance in life-time, propagation, nutrient and genetic plasticity strategies. The mechanism described can therefore be interpreted as a complex of mostly well-adapted and well-integrated inherent species strategies capable of absorbing environmental shocks. It is suggested that in the salt-marsh ccosystem the pattern of spatial variation in densities and that of temporal variation in fluctuations of the three species populations under natural conditions reflect corresponding patterns of environmental disturbances in the vegetation taking into account a timelag associated with the magnitude of the impact concerned.Contribution to the Symposium on Plant species and plant communities held at Nijmegen, 11–12 November 1976, on the occasion of the 60th birthday of Professor Victor Westhoff.Nomenclature follows Heukels-van Ooststroom. The amino acid (35S-methionine) incorporating activity of an in vitro wheat germ translation system was found to be maximal in 80 to 125 mol m–3 K with 2 to 4 mol m–3 Mg both as the acetate. Substitution of Na for K, or chloride for acetate at concentrations above 80 mol m–3 inhibited incorporation. When the K acetate concentration was raised to 200 mol m–3, no incorporation of radioactive methionine occurred.Translation by polysomes extracted from leaf tissue of S. maritima, supplemented with postribosomal supernatant from wheat germ, showed activity which was optimal in the presence of 225 mol m–3 K acetate and 8 mol m–3 Mg acetate. However, the translation system was not directly comparable with the wheat germ system, as studies with an initiation inhibitor, aurintricarboxylic acid, suggested that the S. maritima system was essentially elongation-dependent, while initiation occurred in the wheat germ system.Elongation-dependent polysomal preparations were extracted from leaves of the glycophytes Pisum sativum, Triticum aestivum, Oryza sativa and Hordeum vulgare, and from the halophytes Atriplex isatidea and Inula crithmoides. Translation by polysomes from the salt-tolerant plants was optimal at higher K and Mg concentrations, than by polysomes from the glycophytes. Furthermore, NaCl was better able partially to substitute for the role of K in polysomal preparations from halophytes than glycophytes.  相似文献

A knowledge of the total amount of heavy metals is not enough to assess the environmental impact of polluted soils. Therefore, the determination of Cu fractions in sediment is important to evaluate its behavior in the environment and its mobilization capacity. The distribution of Cu (II) fractions in the sediment was studied in a laboratory simulation experiment. The results indicated that the distribution of Cu fractions was related to the concentration of Cu in sediments. In the Suaeda heteroptera group, the content of exchangeable and carbonate-bound were reducing, while the Fe-Mn oxide- and organic matter-bound were basically raising. In the Nereis succinea group, the content of Fe-Mn oxide- and organic matter-bound were from raising to reducing, and the residual was basically reducing with the increasing Cu concentrations. Generally speaking, the existence of N. succinea could enhance the uptake of Cu in the coastal sediment planted with S. heteroptera. When S. heteroptera and N. succinea in combination, effect of S. heteroptera and N. succinea on Cu fractions in sediments was significantly higher than the two working singly.  相似文献

根据已知的辽宁碱蓬CMO cDNA 5′端序列设计两个基因特异的反向引物(CR1,CR2),通过衔接头PCR获得了CMO基因起始密码子上游498 bp的序列。根据所获得的序列设计两个基因特异的反向引物(CR3,CR4),用CR2、CR3、CR4分别与4个简并引物配对,通过TAIL-PCR扩增,获得了约2 kb的序列。经Sequencer软件拼接上述两段序列,获得了CMO基因起始密码子上游2,332 bp的序列。用TSSP-TCM软件分析此序列,预测出转录起始点(C)位于起始密码子上游128 bp处,由此我们获得了2,204 bp的SlCMO启动子序列。用PLACE软件分析此序列,发现该序列具有启动子的基本元件TATA-box、CAAT-box,包含多个胁迫诱导元件,如盐诱导元件GAAAAA,冷胁迫诱导元件CANNTG,ABA 响应因子NAACAA,水胁迫元件CGGTTG和伤害诱导元件GTTAGGTTC等,是一个强的胁迫诱导启动子。辽宁碱蓬胆碱单加氧酶基因盐诱导启动子的获得,为盐诱导启动子功能元件分析提供了可能,为进一步研究启动子结构与功能的相互关系、CMO基因的表达调控机制奠定了基础。  相似文献

The hydrocarbon fraction of leaf waxes of three halophytes of the Chenopodiaceae common to Mediterranean salt marshes (Suaeda vera, Sarcocornia fruticosa and Halimione portulacoides) revealed the presence of a minor series of odd and even chains 1-chloro-n-alkanes ranging from C(19) to C(29). The identification of these new chlorinated plant constituents was based on a combination of mass spectrometry data with selective chlorine detection (CPG-AED) and was confirmed by comparison with authentic standards. The qualitative and quantitative distributions of these 1-chloro-n-alkanes varied inter-specifically. Homologues with an odd carbon-chain were predominant in all species but maximised at C(25) and C(27) in S. vera and S. fruticosa, and at C(27) and C(29) in H. portulacoides. Remarkably, 1-chloro-nonacosane was an abundant homologue only in this latter species. Leaves of S. vera contained 4 to 7 times more of total chloroalkanes than leaves of the other two species. These compounds accounted for 10, 4 and 1% of the hydrocarbon fraction of leaf waxes of S. vera, S. fruticosa and H. portulacoides, respectively. Attempts to link the occurrence of these chloroalkanes with other classes of leaf waxes (n-alkenes, n-aldehydes and n-alcohols) did not allowed a clear precursor-product relationship to be established. The biological functions as well as the mode of synthesis of alkylchlorides in (halophyte) plants remain unknown but undoubtedly deserve further attention.  相似文献

Background and Aims Diaspores of heteromorphic species may germinate at different times due to distinct dormancy-breaking and germination requirements, and this difference can influence life history traits. The primary aim of this study was to determine the effect of germination time of the two seed morphs of Suaeda corniculata subsp. mongolica on life history traits of the offspring.Methods Germinated brown and black seeds were sown on the 20th of each month from April to September in a simulated but near-natural habitat of the species. Phenological and vegetative traits of the maternal plants, and number, size and germination percentage of the offspring were determined.Key Results Germinated seeds sown late in the year produced smaller plants that had a higher proportion of non-dormant brown than dormant black seeds, and these brown seeds were larger than those produced by germinated seeds sown early in the year. The length of the seedling stage for brown seeds was shorter than that for black seeds, and the root/shoot ratio and reproductive allocation of plants from brown seeds were more variable than they were for plants from black seeds. Late-germinating brown seeds produced larger plants than late-germinating black seeds.Conclusions Altering the proportion of the two seed types in response to germination timing can help alleviate the adverse effects of delayed germination. The flexible strategy of a species, such as S. corniculata, that produces different proportions of dimorphic seeds in response to variation in germination timing may favour the maintenance and regeneration of the population in its unpredictable environment.  相似文献
